I've never once met a woman taht wears their bra to sleep, that sounds absolutely terrible, even more so for "bigger booba" people as then it just feels even more suffocating. I've had more than a few friends who have, above average size in boobs and If you asked them the best part of the day? Letting their boobas out and liberating that feeling from their chest.
Night bras are a different from normal bras. Apparently women wear the to prevent sagging and wrinkles.

As a woman who has Lamy as her kamioshi I'm worried about her sister's advice now. We know that her breasts are huge but she should be fine wearing a proper bra just in the day, no need to torture herself at night. And the fact that she didn't get the loose one... super tight bras aren't good for you in general, if you start wearing them even FOR SLEEP it's a disaster.

If I was in the bed with her, my forearm would substitute the pillow. My arm would fall asleep before I did, because she would hold it so tightly. From what I understand, it's about providing support while sleeping to prevent ligaments from getting fatigued (aka to prevent sagging over time). Each their own.
