Thank you for the video. I have the same problem recently where the motor spinning, but the gears doesn't turn the ear. Looks like the gear on the motor shaft is loose, so it's diconnected from the gear, thus just spins by itself. @MachinaGirlRobots do you manage to fix it?
@@mgjj Hi! Thanks for your reply. But the repair kit you received in other video doesn't come with new gear, just the motors right? So it still used the old gear? But the motor sounded fine since it was still spinning / working at the last part of this video. Then the problem I guess to be the sub gear attachment on top of the motor which inside the black plastic, where the gear sits, since it would strange if the motor's shaft, which usually made from metal, was eroded by the plastic attachment so it became loose (keep spinning without the gear)

Thank you again for your reply and attention ♥ I think you're one of the lucky customers who got that repair kit sent to you :) I don't think I'm as lucky as you since they (Keyi Tech) didn't even seem to bother responding to my enquiry for support in this problem. Thus, I need to rely on the existing motor for the ear and try to fix the problem on why the black attachment on top of the motor doesn't spin as it should when the motor is running. I guess I probably need your help to share photo or video when you try to pry open the black attachment that I previously mentioned, from your old motor in order to study what's inside / underneath it. I believe yours have been replaced with new motors from the kit since you might not use them anymore so you can freely explore that and help me. Of course, only if you're willing to do it

You need to apply for a repair kit and replace it

역시 중국제품은 내구성이 약한것인가😅
루나 귀 모터가 고장난 원인은 모터 자체가 아니라 모터 앞에 보면 검은색 부분 안에 기어가 있는 것 같은데 그 부분이 망가진게 아닐까요?

2024년 5월 이후 생산된 제품은 귀뿐만아니라 다리(허리)쪽 파손이 잘되는 부품도 변경 되었습니다
