I think it's important to own up to my mistakes, but also defend myself when need be. Hey all, I see a lot of people talking about watching videos on stream and hypocrisy regarding that, I wanted to say I am almost always commentating / reacting to stuff when I watch it on stream (if anything my chat says I talk too much during it LOL). There’s some short clips that try to make it look like I just let videos play but I rarely ever do that, and will continue to do my best to add value to the content that I react to.
You can watch a good example of what I’m like when I watch/react to things on stream by watching the video I posted right before this. Hopefully you can all do your research and form your own opinion. Cheers ❤️

She legit said sorry in this video, she admitted to many mistakes in, copystriking the video, to going into a twitter fight with Keemstar and said she was sorry for doing that. For the second mistake, she said that she shouldn't have been having the conversation with "davecev" live and that this should have been done off the stream and she admitted that she had made that mistake in the heat of the moment. Although that does not mean I disagree with all that was said in "the dark side of Pokimane" video and that she didn't make any mistakes in this video.

I don't get it, she talks about everything that is so little, I guess to make her look good, but never tries to apologise for the big things, as well as to maybe not look bad. Although at first, she apologises broadly she directly talks about the little things throughout the whole video. After looking into the comments I can see that she addresses these claims and tries to defend herself which doesn't make sense considering her situation (being major). Pokimane needs to remake her video into a full apology video stating all the things she did wrong because there is no misconception in this argument (because of how specific the evidence is on her). She claims to other UA-camrs for having "unoriginal content" when she herself is making them and doesn't think that transformative means you use content at a certain standard, even though it's the opposite (at any level it's ok). Hopefully, she can and many other white knights can learn and understand the word "transformative" on the internet and hopefully, it can make peace to the situation. Based on my opinions now, I think pokimane didn't address her pinned comment in the video is so that she doesn't look bad or she loses the situation when you can't even win it. Not only that but she uses crappy responses to major claims thrown at her. Considering all the white knights I'm seeing, she isn't going to lose any of them, therefore, you shouldn't be afraid of any of this, but, sometimes she isn't. Pokimane most likely thinks "just because there is a button that says I can report this video for copy strike and this video has me in it, I can copy strike it" which is completely retarded. Because I know no one is going to do what I ask and continue reading this is the definition of transformative: causing a marked change in someone or something. Meaning any change of the content is allowed to be used as fair use.

Talking point by point on previous actions is a ridiculous way to apologize. That is a great way to show that you actually DONT understand the real issue because you parrot back garbage. Showing you can collectively piece together an issue and rephrase it makes an apology seem much more genuine since we can only go off of face value in either situation. Think about debating or talking with other people, showing that you grasp the concept is one of the fundamental things with communicating.
