La route Transtaïga est vraiment magnifique, le Nord du Québec est vraiment une région à découvrir, les paysages sont incroyable, j'imagine qu'il ne faut pas manquer de pétrole sur cette route...
Beautiful lanscapes. You can feel the remoteness by just watching this. I have a plan to do a north trip soon (from Toronto). You inspired me a bit more :)
Merci pour votre superbe travail. Une oeuvre d'art en soit. Image incroyable des tourbières et de la mousse à caribous. Le drone ouvre une tout autre perspective des paysages.
i will go there in 2 weeks! I have already done the Trans-Labrador Highwayroad 3 times... but with covid, i can get out of Québec so I will go to the Trans-Taiga this year! Seems awesome!
Very awesome. I've been planning a trip up here for years. Honestly, the unknown was my drive but the unknown also took away my inspiration. Fuel, food, carrying weapons into Canada from the US, the locals if they would be welcoming etc... Your video has inspired me to revisit my dream of exploring all the way to the end of Trans Tiaga then continue onto Chicaniapiscau all the way through Brisay to Caniapiscau.
From my experience the locals are very friendly to tourists. All native people speak english despite living in Quebec. And it is definitely a petter idea to go to Canada without weapons:)
Really cool video! Thank you for shareing. Starting to research this as a trip for Summer of 2022. Do you mind sharing what was your aveage miles travled per day, and what time of year did you go? Thanks!
Thank you for sharing! Breathtakingly beautiful. What was at the end of the road if it leads to the most remote place there? And how do you fuel up if there's nothing out there? And why was there a road if there's nothing there? Is it just for driving?
The hydro Quebec dams are connected by this road, so in the end there is a lady dam. I had 200 liters (50 gallons) of fuel in the canister cans with me.
I’ve been wishing I could make it out that way for years now hopefully one day I could make that happen this is absolutely beautiful….. but you know Canada won’t let anyone in with a felony no matter what it’s for 🤦🏽♂️
@@elliottkingdom I saw bears every day while I was there. There are plenty of spots for free camping, some even have the utilities. I have a bed set up in my van. I whet there to see the area and shoot landscapes.
Out of curiosity, I thought that drones relied on cellular service in order to navigate. How did you manage to control it that far north? Maybe it runs on megahertz frequencies?
They don't use cellular service to navigate luckily :) I use mine in very remote areas with no service, they function like a remote control helicopter or something in the days of RC cars but they are far more advanced now and have a memory card and camera on the drone to capture.
Viktor - you‘ve made a rather beautiful video. Thanks for taking me along on your journey to this extremely remote place. I really enjoyed it.
Thanks Gordon!
Even the black bears are nice in Canada. He jumped on the car door and decided no claws. That bear was best
Yes, I never had that experience before or after

This film is a little work of art. So lonely and beautiful looking. Love the bear shot!
Rode the Trans Taiga over 20 years ago, along with the Trans Labrador highway.. beautiful and desolate as any place I've been
Totally agree with you!
@@ViktorPosnov beautiful video footage 👍

Amazing footage. Feeling blessed to live on such a beautiful and bountiful land. Your montage was very well made. Thank you for sharing Viktor 👍.
Thanks for watching!
Love your momies, awesome drone footage, thanks!
Stunning, thank you for this beautiful ode to the taiga
Thanks!
This place is going on my bucket list
If you like the sense of isolation and remoteness, one of the best places in Eastern North America
This is awesome. I have done the Dempster and that was awesome too. I regret not having done this but one can't live on regrets. Thanks for posting
I’m glad you enjoyed it! The Dempster is definitely a great road trip.
This was incredible.
Thank you for bringing to us those images
Beautiful and inspiring !!
C'est tout simplement magnifique le nord du Québec!
Absolutely beautiful.
Thank you very much!
Best video yet of Trans-Taiga and/or Baie James Road. Great work. Thank you.
This video editing is superb
Thank you!
Beatiful video, thanks for posting.
WOW, not sure if I'll be able to do this so thanks and kudos especially for capturing it like this in 4k. Astounding 👌
I’ve completed this road on a motorcycle and must say you have captured the undeniable beauty the journey has offered. Well done!
Many thanks!
jog it next time.
Absolutely gorgeous the view
Thank you!
im to going there soon, thanks a lot for this beautiful piece of art.
Thanks

Beautiful!! I rode my bike there a few years back. Next time I'm bringing my drone. Very inspiring !
You should! Thanks!
can i join you? i wanna go too but i dont think it would be easy to find someone to come along...
Outstanding work ! This Canadian thanks you for the visual education !
Thanks! Not sure about abduction, but that area is great!
You're living my dream life. I too am fascinated by the far flung reaches of this plant. You have a gift for film. immersive stuff.
Thank you Eduard!

Hi, did you end up doing this trip? I’m am planning for next summer, I’d like to get as far north as possible.
This video is a piece of art! Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! Thanks for sharing.

Just pure Amazement!
This is an amazing video!
Thanks very much for this
Merci pour les magnifiques images. 😃
Welcome :)
Great footage of great (almost unknown) places.
Thanks!

Hola Víktor. Acá la argentina. Precioso éste, pero cortito... 😢
Amazing trip.👍

I LOVED this video. Amazing work.
Thanks for taking the time and energy to film this. Stunning. No northern lights?
There was only about 3 hours of night during June, so it would be hard to see, but still possible
i hope i get to go back to this part of the world at some point in my life
give yourself the ocassion
Amazing imagery. You are very talented!
Nice vid 👍🏻
Thanks 🙏
Обалдеть👍
Magnifique!
Merci!
The Trans Taiga needs to be extended to Fermont or Labrador City, same with Highway 138 from Kegashka to Blanc Sablon.
Yes. The world definitely needs more roads.
Really cool video! Thank you for shareing. Starting to research this as a trip for Summer of 2022. Do you mind sharing what was your aveage miles travled per day, and what time of year did you go? Thanks!
I did this trip in June, it took about 2 weeks.
I appreciate you
Thanks :)
Great video. I'm not sure it's the remote place you can go in North America. The Dempster Highway to Inuvik qualifies also in my opinion.
The thing is that the road is not leading to the settlement, you are 666 km away from the nearest town (by road)
Vraiment cool!

Beautiful scenery
Thank you!
Have you been bothered by mosquitoes / flies / insects bite? Amazing video!
Not really, most of time it is too windy for them
How high up does your drone go? Such beautiful landscapes.
Thanks! 120m is the maximum set by app.
@@ViktorPosnov incredible
Minnesota, land of a thousand lakes, Quebec, land of a hundred reservoirs
And million lakes :)

Magnifique ! Par curiosité, à quel moment de l'année la vidéo a été tournée ?
Looks like fall (automne)
How many flat tires did you have? I am sure it was worth it.
Need at least 8 ply tires
It’s interesting that both this and the dalton highway is 666km long, makes me wonder if it’s intentional
I did not know dalton hwy is 666. Well the Transtaiga is a bit shorter. 666 km is to the nearest gas station in Raddison
4:20. What mile marker is that rock barren at? Just before rainbow ? Thanks
I don’t remember now, but there are numerous rocky outcrops
How does one handle getting fuel on this road? I would love to drive it if I knew there was diesel anywhere.
I had 200 liters of patrol in the gas canisters
Mirage Outfitter should have gasoline. No idea if any of the Hydro Quebec services further down would even let you top up.
looks like a beautiful unspoiled area , That you could probably average 500 mosquito bites a day with all of that water
I was there in July and it was to early for mosquitoes, so it was very nice!
once you reach out to james bay, is it possible to take a boat to Hudson's Bay to take a look? perhaps hire someone locally?
Yes, I don't think it would be a problem. Just give yourself a few days to do that.
@@ViktorPosnov you must know someone who works for hydro quebec... otherwise can you refer me to someone? please
@@elliottkingdom sorry, don't know anyone working for Hydro Quebec.

Seems like 650 miles, 1000 km north of Montreal?
Yes
Каждый код туда езжу. В этом придётся пропустить.
and what is cis tiaga?
Formidable ! Quel est le modèle de drone utilisé ?
Mavic 2
Deadhorse in Alaska is the most Northern point you CAN reach by car
But not the most remote, there is no settlement at the end of this road
Tuktoyaktuk NWT is by far more remote.
Thanks! Now I have a new goal! ;)
@@ViktorPosnov , I've done it. Grueling, intense, dangerous trip of a lifetime.
I found this part on Google Maps 1:32
Nice that you have noticed! I did the panorama during the flight as well.
Universe is so vast and alas humans are so transient.
Must feel lonely living there.
ever see truck campers heading up there
It more Caspinaca if you look at the map

where u afraid of the bear
While there is many bears, they do not course problems
