What does it mean?Is it for overseas Pakistani,is it fine or anything else,as I in Pakistan regularly deposit the instalments well in time,needs clarification please.
Make sure you know the location of your plot and it is final before you make the full payment, make sure the file is not open. They will not provide you any information if its in their interest and which is increasing their profitability. I recently heard, they change the location of my commercial and residential plot without any prior notification or information. They probably allotted my commercial plot which was an ideal plot location wise to some blue-eyed client. I will visit them in December/ January to discuss the matter, and will take legal action, just in case. So be careful, as they are very poor as for as their client relationship is concerned. Simply, they don't care!
Park view city management has the following flaws The balloting is so called all the category and good plots are not put in the balloting Only interested in new sales. All the representatives who have approached as personal consultants when asked will reply that they deal in new sales and are not there to solve your issues regarding ur old sales Surcharges are put on old installments which receipts are already given. Changing the master plan continuously and delaying the possessionl

@@shoaibakh i bought a file, unfortunately i was stupid and i paid everything in advance because i had money with me and location is good. Now should i expect the same shit soon ? They told at that time that development charges are included in the price.
@@shoaibakh Dear Shoaib sahab my name is Muhammad Umar and I have gone through your video and this comment and currently this tells me that you have an open file which personally I am not a fan of because that's nothing just a file because in order to have good relationship with society and good ROI from them you are supposed to get that file closed and pay the installments, if not then open file itself is not a plot or a good thing to keep no matter which project offers you that because the purpose of file is not to hold it by paying down payment but to pay it's installments and then get the possession which ultimately leads to profitability, I am doing Real Estate for a good amount of time and this is what I would suggest you, to get your file closed thanks. I don't think this Fees will be in Millions or Crores its very Minimal fees secondly its good for end users because i know many people who bought open files just to save tax and earn more profit on open file how long a society can wait for that file be closed on some one name few months not years or decades

There is no late fee charges on all my residential files. You didn't get the message.

Monthly fee on open files starting from Jan 2022....this is what they told us.

Sir 1.6 crore kis cheez k mang rahy hai extra I have 2 plots hai 10 Marla and 5 Marla
They imposed some surcharges on me for another plot
