Okay so after a rewatch of a couple of minutes prior to 3:00:10 you had a lamp close to some explosives. Throwing that crate downstairs broke the lamp starting a small fire which just so happened to catch the bomb. This is why we always make sure our dynamite is far away from potential fires.

Well, for 100%, you need to burn most things, but there are some objects that you should put somewhere, sometimes. Such as in Mad Science (I think that's what it's called), medical boxes need to go to a specific area.
If you put dynamite in a bucket of water and burn it, there is no explosion. And an object larger than the entrance of the incinerator is held in hand, put it on the entrance, and wait a little while, and it will soon burn and disappear

You can also die from seemingly nothing in multiplayer 🤣 learned that the hard way when my bf jumped on my head and I died. There’s also the monster sand pit in penumbra that if you jump into then you die.
especially when there is so much to do. ADHD makes it nearly impossible to focus on one thing. You keep jumping around to the things you want to do. I have trouble with that, mainly when you aren't hard locked into a story.
Do the bombs actually destroy objects, or just knock them everywhere? Like could you explode one in the middle of that junk pile and destroy some of the stuff, or would they just get scattered?

If you stay too close to an explosion you die, you just respawn as another janitor and the previous one's body and gibs are there for you to clean too
