Hello, my doctor diagnosed me with anterior canal bbpv using a glasses system that monitors my eye movements. We performed this maneuver twice, two days apart. My complaints seemed to have decreased, but they did not completely improve. Would it be useful or harmful to do this maneuver once a day until my complaints improve?
From ChatGPT (take with grain of salt): "Yes, anterior canal BPPV is a type of vertical BPPV. The vertical canals of the inner ear are the anterior and posterior semicircular canals, which are oriented perpendicular to each other. Anterior canal BPPV occurs when the dislodged calcium crystals (otoliths) migrate into the anterior semicircular canal, while posterior canal BPPV occurs when the otoliths enter the posterior semicircular canal. Both anterior and posterior canal BPPV are classified as types of vertical BPPV because the semicircular canals they affect are oriented vertically in relation to the ground, as opposed to horizontal BPPV, which affects the horizontal semicircular canal. In horizontal canal BPPV, the otoliths migrate into the horizontal semicircular canal, which can cause dizziness or vertigo when the head moves in a side-to-side motion."
If this maneuver doesn't work the first day, are you meant to try it again the next day until the symptoms go away? I've tried it twice and the symptoms have gotten better, but I still have that "floating" sensation.
Sometimes I've found going a little deeper than this is helpful for that situation. Also... they say it could take a bit more time for the otoliths to be reabsorbed...
You stay there until it stops spinning (I promise it will) . After spinning goes away, wait 30 seconds in that position and move to the next one. If you are prone to vomiting have a bucket near by, and have somebody assisting you with the maneuver.
My sister is 32 years old and she has suffered from meniere disease for years and she always complains to me that I had to bought her Dr Madida herbs I saw on UA-cam and she is telling me last month that she is cured completely and don’t long have the symptoms like; vertigo or dizziness, feeling of fullness in the ear or ringing, hearing loss, imbalance, motion sickness, nausea, or nystagmus…
Thank you so much! This instantly worked for me when none of the moves worked!
Im scared to try thid
Marvellous, worked perfect for my patient, thank you!
Thank you
many other videos online suggest 1 to 3 minutes for each position.
30 seconds seems a bit quick, no ?
or is 30 seconds perfect?
Is this manifest by a YES motion of the head?

Can you have both Posterial canal and Lateral canal BPPV? If yes should I do both the Lembert and the Epley maneuvers?
is this safe for someone who has previously had a Atlas C1 subluxation
If it feels horrible what should i do
Is anterior canal ANOTHER word for vertical canal and superior canal?

What are the symptoms of anterior BPPV? It's not mentioned in the video. Thanks
Dix-Hallpike positive for nystagmus of downbeating and counterclockwise rotation of both eyes.
