Excellent presentation! Thank you very much! It helps to see what is in each packet! Ordering those tabs now too! Before you mentioned it, I did not know if I could get such without holes. Thanks again!
Great Question! I find the pages that I use more often, I like to have the option to remove them quickly from my ring planner. Cutting the hole punches allows me to do that. The other benefit is not putting so much stress on the rings. :)
The thing i miss most about FC no longer being in the U.K.is that I no longer receive the catalogues. I used to keep them, and still have the ones i have received. I love the yearly pull out calendar. It makes it so easy to keep a yearly overview. My notes, reference, goals pages are a real hodge-podge of blooms, seasons, original, Monticello and other notes pages. I also love quadrille pages, but i prefer the filofax design over the FC one. Filofax pages, although they fit FC Compact, are much more narrow. I've just ordered a Van der Spek custom binder, and I've ordered it widened, to fit FC.
I loved this video. I just ordered my two planners. I didn’t chose 5 choices but I still got a lot of good info from this. Thanks. PS and I used your code. 🥰
Yay Gina!! If you have instagram- please tag me so I can see what you got!! I love when planner goodies come in and I love to see how people use them to work for their planning style!! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season!!! Big Hugs!
I love this option! Why is it not in compact? That's nuts. Although I LOVE FC, and I've been using it for over twenty years, i do think they're a little short sighted in some aspects. I've always used either blooms or seasons DO2P. I used a planner love weekly, but didn't like the layout, and I also tried wanderlust, which i hated. Both of those times, I had to revert to blooms or seasons, which makes it a very expensive planner in the UK. I'd really love to try this planet in compact. On my next order, I'll try and remember your affiliate code, if it will work here. Loved this video, thank you. Xx
So sorry for my delayed reply!! Dwayne, I think its a personal choice for everyone. 20 years ago when I was in finance, dailies were the only thing I could use to keep track of all the trades, clients, etc. Now, with kids almost adults, and no longer tracking schedules, etc. Weekly is simpler and is a catch all for me. I personally love seeing the week at a glance. I can see what is in store in the days ahead. Again, I think it all depends on what you use your planner for. FYI- I have a separate planner as a work planner. it is a 5choices wire bound and it ONLY stores my work stuff. Hope that helps!!
Hi, this was very good info. I have purchased some of those forms in the past; they are functional but I find the lines and print very light, making difficult to write on the line.
Hi Alicia!! Honestly, the only forms I ever used in the past was the expense envelopes. This past October, I ordered all the ones I thought I could use- and YOU ARE RIGHT- the ink is very LIGHT and the paper is SUPER THIN. I used the menu planner for the first time as I planned thanksgiving dinner and the pens I used bleed over to the other side of the sheet. Its odd because FC is so great with layout and leather binders - but Ive noticed depending on what insert you order- you either get GREAT quality paper or really thin ones... I hope they hear us and get more uniformed in the paper quality. :) Happy Turkey Day!
I’m interested in the top tabbed dividers. I read a review on Amazon that stated the tabs were too short to stick out above. Is that true? Can you see the 5 tabs sticking out from the top? Thanks in advance.
Hi Seleda!! I bought my top tab dividers from a company on etsy. ShopBrooklynGraceCo -for the classic. My compact tabs are older and the etsy shop closed. They don't protrude nor are they too short. mine are just perfect. :) Hope you find some you love!
@@HappyFeet216 oohhh- I am a dork. Sorry. You are correct. The tabs are smaller in size and shorter than a standard top/bottom tab. they get lost in my planner. When I am in the section - i obviously see them and its easy to get at them... but if you are in another section- they are indeed hard to find. hope that helps.

Glad it was helpful, Theresa! :)
Wow! I didn't know there were so many options! Thanks for sharing
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching!
Great walkthrough! Why did you cut the future planning paper ring holes? For a minute I thought you were going to use it in a discbound system.

I wish they would make it in the compact size as well.
I'm a dedicated daily planner, please tell me the benefit of using weekly planning?

Thank you from a newbie.

@@MyMoxieDreams I’m referring to the Franklin Covey 5-pack multi-colored top tab dividers. I was asking if the tabs are high enough on them.

Great video! Very helpful as I have been thinking about getting a few of these and it is helpful to see each form.
