Blather round may be my favorite jackbox game they’ve made. Such a fun experience, and it doesn’t rely on people being humorous which is great because none of us are funny.
This comment confused the hell out of me until i watched it. Im not gonna lie i thought "well NL is white" thinking you were talking about which ryans more similar too like some outlandish banter instead of malfs jackbox blunder 😭😭
2:50 Catch my ass screaming "Margaritaville!" at the screen for the whole 2 minutes. "Its a chill positive food place where you drink the blending" how do you not get that!?
Agreed. The first two clues were great. Everyone just got so caught up in juice bars and forgot it was a food place. I was also on the answer immediately
I'm one of those people who actually like Split The Room but it still drives me up a wall that the way it's designed you physically can't get a 50/50 split if the number of players is odd.
@@Montewtf The audience counts as a single member, with effectively a single vote. So you get odd number of player - 1 (person who gets the prompt) + 1 (audience vote) = odd number of votes, which means you can't get an even split. I think the bigger problem is that the game just has point stagnation where there are only so many possible scores it can give, because if there's say five players then you can only have a no split, a 1/4, or a 2/3. If it counted audience votes individually and more granularly awarded points based on those splits, or in general if it had a more complex rating system that took the audience and the players into account separately like Quiplash, then it would be more diverse and better. As it stands the real problem is that everyone gets one of only three possibly point totals, with very negligible time bonuses, so the game might as well award you points in the double digits instead of going for hundreds of points. It feels like a game that would work better with twice as many people as NL usually gets to play it with, and it suffers from the general Jackbox problem of failing to balance whether to be a party game or a streamer game properly,
i think it's crazy that i'm only 20 years old and understood the andrew dice clay and jordan belfort references in this video when some of the old geezers didn't
Ryan's "you and my daughter share a palate" line is absolutely DEVASTATING I would never recover from that shit
Malf is hilarious, his last Mad Verse City verse killed me ICANT

the clues all make perfect sense in hindsight but in the moment i had no idea
a "retired" vibe. yeah, that's definitely margaritaville.

im cryhing ryan's dilemma was "you have to eat at guy fieri's restaurant but it might not be that good"

The cool fury was such a good Samuel Jackson hint. I understood immediately
The wallet was a good one too
I figured it out because of Funhaus and their Matrix video game "gameplay."
