The videos on this channel always feel like those ' unintentional asmr' videos. Just a guy with a calm, relaxed atmosphere, explaining things in front of us. ❤
@@jjmill5209 personally, it's not exactly "relaxing" in the same way as this - as background to a mundane task or going to sleep, but rather in the sense of it being a collection of familiar and pleasant noises rapidly firing off one after the other, provoking the tingle for a more involved and cerebral sensation. I enjoy how different ASMR is, in that sense. It can hit a variety of different moods and purposes, yet all combined within a shared intimacy of sound, visuals, etc.
I remember Lloyd mentioned in a recent livestream how he wanted to create a scene where the viewer got to actually try on the clothing in the shop. I am happy to see Lloyd was successful in adding that scene into this video. I personally think the new scene is great. Lloyd I hope you’re pleased by your work in this video.

It’s been a while since I’ve listened to Lloyd; I quit Asmr just because I was getting better sleep. But now that I’m back, I realize what I was missing: it’s not just the Asmr, but also the quality of the videos behind it. Lloyd does some of the best role-plays I’ve ever heard or seen, and they always end up on a far higher quality than the majority of asmrtists. And that’s what’s great about him.
I've been thinking a lot about WHY I like certain ASMRtists. For you, Lloyd, it's the convincing way you "listen" to the viewer - and it's not just the pause at the outset, it's the active listening afterwards where you recap what's been said. It creates great tingles, and it gives your videos a sense of personal warmth. You don't find that often, it's a rare quality! Nicely done!

love the use of the mannequin body in the second half of the video! I rarely see other ASMR artists use that in clothing fitting or stylist videos so it was an excellent touch 👌 great work!
The tie organisation could easily be a great video on its own, in my opinion, Lloyd. You could have them messy to begin with, then try organising them in different ways to have a decent video length. For example, sort them by colour, then roll them up, then lay them out and straighten them in order of your personal preference, etc. Just the attention to detail and perhaps some soft spoken dialogue about what you think of each tie (either to yourself, to us or an RP with viewers as an apprentice). It's such a relaxing part of these videos :)

I rarely get tingles from videos, but this one got me. From 7:46 onwards I got a lot of tingling. And I agree with many others that using the mannequin was an excellent choice. It amplified the sensations for me.
I think I watched too many of your videos...I now treat my clothes like you do in your videos. Took me a while to lint brush my shirt, and took me a while to fold my laundry, but I did it Lloyd ASMR style, and although I took forever in doing so, and my fiancé asked me why I was finessing my clothes to which I just whispered, ASMR, and she understood...and now I find relaxation in even the most simplistic of tasks. Thanks Lloyd. I also now whisper to myself as I shave. Again, thanks Lloyd now I can relax doing anything.

YES another tie video. Your first delicately ordering the ties on your table 9 months ago was 👌🏻 i remember it was in the summer i was so drowsy from the heat and that video knocked me right out in the middle of the day haha!

You know, I'd get a chuckle out of a video that starts with a familiar formula: Employee Lloyd organizing and tidying stuff, and then apologetically notices the customer waiting. But then, he keeps asking for the customer to wait just one more minute to take care of this and that, with all sorts of excuses and things. The whole video is Lloyd delaying the actual interaction to do these little talks, and the video ends without any service ever happening

His entire style is very natural and not overdone or over-produced. Simple perfection!!

It’s probably because he dosen’t really do stuff a normal asmrist would do like tapping or mouth clicking which gives off the unintentional vibe
