Imagine it would be less tense, the studio is mainly automation. Crowd would be less excited with the basicness of it live in person also.

Who cares?. Does it really matter? He's still a great kiwi presenter dispite his lifestyle choices.
Always thought it a naff programme.
Think that The Cube is a dreary drab show that's ran out of ideas. Doesn't matter what they do, fancy graphics and hard-hitting music. Bout time it was scrapped it.
Well, it did get cancelled in August 2015.
It was one of the best game shows on TV. I still watch it on challenge.
