I've watched your videos and I can see how your insites can be beneficial to guys struggling. It took me many years to move forward. Wish you were around 30 years ago. The best thing that helped me was finding a beautiful woman who had been through the same pain as me. After we had been dating about 6 to 8 months I saw her best friend and she wanted to convince her to go on their annual trip to Florida. She was complaining that I was the only thing she talked about and she had stopped going on their girls nite out and would not be going on any girls trips with out me. That was 33 years ago and we have been married for 30, both retired( wife retired 14 years ago me 3 years ago. Her friends still make fun of us because we still hold hands, if they meet for lunch we call each other just to say love you!

Thank you for sharing this-it’s such an important point. Alcohol can definitely play a significant role in relationship struggles, and as you mentioned, society often glamorizes it, making it harder to break free from that cycle. It’s easy to overlook how much it impacts emotional health and decision-making during tough times like a divorce. It’s not just about removing the alcohol, but also addressing the deeper emotional healing that needs to happen. If we can heal our minds and emotions, we give ourselves the space to move forward and truly reclaim our lives. If you’re ready to explore how to break free from these patterns and create lasting peace, I’d love for you to join my free masterclass. I’ll share practical strategies to help you heal and regain control, starting from within. 👉 resources.rachaelsloancoaching.com/masterclass-register

The only difference between a man getting married and playing Russian Roulette is society encourages men to keep getting married.
