I agree about all what you said but in September promoters had sold their stake which is taken by FIIs n DIIs is there any explanation to that
I understand your concern but you should know that promoters selling their stake does not necessarily indicate a lack of confidence in the company's long-term prospects.
In an interview with The Times of India, Ashok Soota, the chairman of Happiest Minds, stated that the share sale was primarily done to fund the capital requirements of SKAN, a not-for-profit medical research firm which he owns.
And we should only worry when the promoters continuously reduce their stake in 3-4 quarters.
In a con call he said it will not be below 50%.

It is an ordinary company hyped to hi-tech company. There are number of other AI based company in india doing far better than happiest mind. Also, it is just service provider company, not product based company.
