It could be just me but I think people could have a hard time imagining this face to be Ghost's real face, because for some he looks a too young. Like if he would have looked like he was in his 40s, a few wrinkles, smoking all the time, I would most probably believe it. But this model... Looks for me way too young, like a dude in his 20s with a vocie of a 40 year old guy.
Also, never seeing that face model talk is probably also a reason why people have a hard time accepting it. Like seeing a covered face talk all the time and then seeing that picture...

Well he looks normal which is actually good. Many people in the comments expected some supermodel or someone from God of war.
Also this face model is still can't be considered the actual face as currently it lacks facial details like little scars, burns, etc which adds so much to the appearance. Also he may have a moustache or beard which will easily make him look 10 times better.
