Remember Ian's first game at Highbury Arsenal v The Wolves 63, my pal got Ians autograph outside the marble halls whilst he entering the stadium, we got beat 1.3, I was 11 years old, I recall drawing 4.4 with Spurs an evening game the same year, I was at the clock end, their where far to many spectator's at the clock end where myself and my brother where, could of ended in Tragedy the men on the turnstiles doing some sort of scam, I can remember every player of the top mdwmw head that year and the next 5 years, my favourites where Baker, Eastham, Armstrong, Skirton (boy he had some speed) Strong, and Johnny McClaud, great days we scored many goals but Conceeded to many due to Manager Billy Wright not letting the forwards go back and defend, I loved Highbury stadium and used to bunk me school in sneak in and have a kick about on the pitch with my pal Terry, used to go and watch em train at London colney, I remember Terry Niel and Ian Ure having a heated discussion one time, got Ian's autograph a few times, Great days at the Old Highbury stadium, but alas we didn't win anything from 1953 until we won the European Fairs cup in 1970, what a night that was I was right behind the goal at the shed end when Johnny Sammels blasted one home, we laid the Ghosts of the past to rest that night

@@jerrywood8268 Yes true, but we also called the north bank the shed end sometimes, but mainly the north bank, I used to love when Chelsea came to Highbury Tommy Docherty Chelsea, i recall losing 1.3 in 64, we were 3 nil down at half time, Venables scored a fabulous goal at the clock end,
