Trance helps temporal destruction of ego and not understanding of ego so as to eventually destroy ego. It causes loss of memory while in a trance and is most beneficial in causing euphoria and creating art. While I don't yet see any benefit in entering into a primordial state of mind where the ancient shamans lived I could be wrong but I've listened to trance for about 6 yrs in a row and I lost those yrs. am I wiser or better because of it, well it caused me to miss out on living but I regret nothing I've ever done. I'm only listening to this so I can be zombified enough to do house work.
