That is also true but due to BTS's popularity there is a greater prevalence of Korean song covers when there were very very few. There is a greater exposure of Asian artists a lot in part to BTS.

I've seen some hate comments in KHS' videos recently and I can't tolerate them anymore. To those who think he's doing these kpop covers for views, why don't we look at how many followers he has? 10 mil+. He accumulated a massive following even before he started covering kpop. KHS is trying to cater to his international fans by covering foreign-language songs. In the past few months, he started covering NOT ONLY kpop but also MANDOPOP. He is the UA-cam cover king. He doesn't need kpop to get views.

Not a fan of kpop but I'm watching this to see Sam slay it in another language. After Spanish and backwards-spoken language, here he pushes the envelope again by singing in korean! So much talent and dedication!
Dollmasterlynne BTS are far from kpop currently, you should check out some of their songs, If you like this vibe I'll recommend House Of Cards, Let Me Know, The Truth Untold, Rain and Blood Sweat and Tears!!
Lil Storm bts is outstanding for sure but to say they're far from kpop is a bit like disregarding their origin and the many senior artists before them. I think bts is proud to represent kpop

It's just imitating sounds for the most part. Singing in a different language tends to be much easier than speaking a different language. Although some people are better than others at it, as with everything else.
