    This is why there should be laws against people moving from different more expensive states into lower income states. I always said you should have to rent for minimal 5 years if you move from a different state this would keep the market in control but now it’s pretty much too late

      The South needs to be its own Country again. I think it would be better for everyone. I don't mean as an enemy (Civil War) but as a partner to the North, like Canada and the US. What you say is true, for what a small 1,500sq ft 3bed/1ba sells for here, I could buy a half-million dollar home in a beautiful town in SC

    Metanoia rents those homes out! They are not selling these homes to help low income people purchase them.
