Riff-Step can be controlled by MIDI Program Changes which the Voodoo lab MIDI controllers use as well as any other MIDI Controller like the Boss ES-8, ES-5, MIDI Mouse, and lots more. You can also access all 128 presets with a MIDI controller
Yes, you see what Whammy setting you are on when you are programming - the info gets sent to the Whammy while you are programming. You can also hear how it will sound as you go.
I have a question I’m wondering if you can you both lower pitch and higher pitch at the same song without adjusting with your hand in the middle For example If my guitar is on drop f And I pitch shift it lower to C1 and the I want to do a high dissonance 2 octaves higher and then come back to C1 I’d like to hear some creative ways thx
Not exactly sure what you're asking but you can select any pitch between 2 octaves down and 2 octaves up at each step. You can also cycle between Whammy settings using that sequence type. stepaudio.net/webmidi/RIFF-STEP_Preset_Programmer_-_Step_Audio.html
@@StepAudio let’s theoretically say my guitar is tuned to drop F Can I make it sound lower (let’s say double drop c)and the by pressing a button it goes straight to even higher than the drop F and than come back to the double drop C?
@@trueplayer5205 Yes, or you can have it loop, or you can have it so when the button is pressed it is switched and when you release it switches back. Many options!

Would it be possible to program “Map Of The Problematique” by Muse into this thing?
That's a common reason people buy it!
@@StepAudio haha
So awesome! How many harmonies/intervals are allowed to be programmed in a sequence? For perhaps an arpeggio effect?
16 steps, and you can mix harmony and pitch-shift
intervals
Is it possible to avoid the "wha" transition between the notes? Like tic tac tic tac instead of twic twac twic twac (think map of the problematique)
The Whammy 4 switches abruptly, without any transition. The other Whammys have a little bit of smoothing, but its not much.
This is just great.
How to made sound the unsustainable muse
how to reset factory ?
What number for Dive Bomb on preset program ?
Can something like the voodoo lab px8 plus switcher re-call these pre sets within its own pre sets?

What MIDI controller would you recommend to use in conjunction with riff step?
Anything that sends MIDI Program Changes will work. If you want to sync Riff-Step to other pedals, use something that also sends MIDI Clock.
im use roland UM ONE. Its work
When you program a sequence, does it show the led's going back and forth on the actual whammy itself?
