From when the girl stared txing the husband and not informing the wife on anything to do with the baby from then,I would have said keep it lol..sometimes it’s best to have thing in writing!
I worked in reproductive health. First, they should have had a contract written up and her undergo a psych evaluation. She can always go back and say that she wants to keep the baby especially since she lost hers. That’s a whole court thing in its self. But if they would have made a contract she wouldn’t have to feel like the asshole. The parents set the terms. She was just the vessel and really doesn’t have a say in anything. So she wasn’t wrong besides not stating how she felt in the beginning. It’s giving manipulation and she wants her own family.
