I think the difference is in how the images are shown, in VR you need some kind of special glasses to see the image together, these stereoscopic videos are just 2 images slightly moved, and it's shown with only the images in the flat screen, to see them blend you have to go closer, and once you managed to see only one image you move your phone back until the image focus, no needs to use glasses. But the theory is the same: two images slightly moved to replicate the difference of image captured by our eyes

This is absolutely BONKERS. I only learned how to view stereoscopic images in the last 10 minutes after trying for a long time and being very frustrated that I couldn’t. I was struggling to focus my eyes on the image, but trying to read text on screen made my eyes focus instantly.

My old equipment, 2 pieces Rolleicord, with Rollei Xenar Schneider Kreuznach optics, on a stereo bar. Projection with two Rollei P11 and two glass polarizing filters, ..polarized glasses put on, ..and the 3D show begins! Only a few digital cameras can keep up with the medium format (celluloid film). I produced films with a Bolex H 16 mm and stereoscopic header, I no longer have it. Today, there are very different possibilities, once again big thanks to my dear friend! Looks great. Done in Lumion, right? Do you know the way how to make it less stretched? I have that problem, it renders left and right in HD resolution, and than combines them in one HD video. So everything looks stretched when you play it, it doesnt have good ratio.

What glasses do you recommend to view this?
*_I used SBS glasses on the old computer. Today I turn on the big screen in 3D interlaced, and I use the original shutter glasses_*
I recommend learning the cross eyed method, it's not the best but it's a cool parlor trick
Very nice shooting. For me it's harder to see with glasses stero (regular use of multifocal glasses) :-(

Nagyon érdekesen mutatod be ezt a technikát !!! ... hiszen mind a két agyféltekét megdolgoztatja!! Az agy speciális munkájának következményeként a kétdimenziós képeken keresztül kerülünk egy 3D-s világba. Egy világba, amit a szemünk fogad be és az agyunk "konvertál le". Bejutunk egy virtuális világba, "ami valójában nem is létezik!!!:):)
Én azt mondanám, ezzel a videóval megmutatod, "milyen a képzelet" (!!), közben a videódról eszembe jut a hologram is. Valóság, és mégsem az .... nagyon jó a zene választásod!!!

I working over 35 years with 3D, I photographed slides in medium format 6x6cm.
My old equipment, 2 pieces Rolleicord, with Rollei Xenar Schneider Kreuznach optics, on a stereo bar. Projection with two Rollei P11 and two glass polarizing filters, ..polarized glasses put on, ..and the 3D show begins!
Only a few digital cameras can keep up with the medium format (celluloid film).
I produced films with a Bolex H 16 mm and stereoscopic header, I no longer have it.
Today, there are very different possibilities, once again big thanks to my dear friend!

Looks great. Done in Lumion, right? Do you know the way how to make it less stretched? I have that problem, it renders left and right in HD resolution, and than combines them in one HD video. So everything looks stretched when you play it, it doesnt have good ratio.
