Weight Watchers Freestyle - Zero Point Pumpkin Pie!! Easy!

    I've made this several times and it's delicious! I use 3 eggs instead of the liquid egg though. I have one in the oven as we speak. 😊

    Thank you so much. Here's an alternate zero point, super yummy version:
    (1) 29 oz. can of 100% pumpkin
    6 eggs
    2 1/4 cups (Great Value) Stevia
    4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 cups of Vanilla Flavored Almond Breeze (30 calorie kind)
    Add 1 ripe mashed banana.
    1 cup of unsweetened applesauce.
    Mix in mixer. Pour into 9x13 glass dish.
    Preheat oven to 450. Bake for 15 minutes at 450. Bake for 55 minutes at 350.
    Let cool. Best after refrigerated uncovered for a couple of days.
    Serve with fat free cool whip.

      Be sure to spray glass dish with fat free non-stick spray before baking.

    Made one last night and made another today. Between this and the anabolic pumpkin pie i can realistically eat pie everyday. Much appreciated!

    Made this tonight! (In Australia) so substituted the pumpkin pie spice for Mixed Spice as we don't make pumpkin pie here. I had some cans of purée pumpkin I bought from an American website ages ago.. The pie turned out really well!!!

    I used 2 eggs and 1/2 cup vanilla premier protein in place of the almond milk

    I tried it tonight with 2% milk and it came out to a 4SP pie. It was okay but I’m not a big fan of artificial sweeteners. I will try the apple pie tomorrow!! Thanks!!

    I just watched a video of a WW crust recipe from plain Greek yogurt and self rising flour. I wonder how good that would be as the crust for this amazing pumpkin pie.

    Hi Thank you for this recipe. I love all your recipes however am always unable to do the desserts as you use splenda on most of them. Unfortunately, I am allergic to artificial sweetner and really dislike the taste of Stevia. Can you tell me how many regular sugars I would use and what the points would be if regular sugar is added? Thank you.

      I use Sukrin Gold it is a brown sugar alternative and it tastes delicious right out of the bag or in my receipes.

    When i put 1/3 cup of splenda in the ww app it brings the pie up to 1 pt per serving. How did u get 0 pts?

    Thanks for a good looking recipe! However, have you not heard that Splenda is NOT something people should ingest? I am going to try this with Coconut sugar, which will make this recipe Paleo friendly! ( I am going to start with about a quarter cup and add until it tastes good...)

    .5 cup almond milk
    1 pumpkin can
    .33 sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    Sprinkle of nutmeg
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    .75 cup of egg white
    Oil for oven
    Mix all ingredients together
    Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees
