So they gave him the schedule of a regular working person
Lol and he failed miserably… stick to picking things up and putting them back down 😂
I think we’re missing the fact that he also had to keep up the obligations of trying to make it to the NBA which is also another grind on top of a full time job. Let’s not act like we could all do both and that’s it’s easy.
@@mikes8863not you being a grown man criticizing a child
Weirdo
The key piece tho is that he recognized how good he had/has it and that hopefully gives him that much more respect for every other person he doesn’t play with it that he interacts from there on.
This is the best nba podcast, you always get the honest real nba stories
Get off your knees lol this might rank last amongst nba podcasts
Insightful clip.
They were getting you ready for hectic NBA schedules, DB😂
That’s dope that he really got experience while there
My mom used to tell me that college wasn't to figure out what you want to do but to find what you don't want to do with your life. Sounds like this internship was a perfect supplement for the experience. Happy to hear your story
Bazley got played and robbed. His rookie NBA contract was 4-years $11 million. Look at the top lottery picks from the 2019 draft. RJ Barrett #3 got 4-years $107 million. By going to college and proving himself amongst his peers, I believe Bazley could have been a top 5 draft pick in 2019.
For athletes, college is your proving ground. Scouts watch the NCAA they don't watch the sneaker company schedule or private workouts. Not going through the college NAACP route cost this guy an incredible amount of money. At Syracuse he would have played against Zion and other top lottery picks of 2019. If he shined, he would have played himself into the lottery. He would have shined-no doubt. His $11 million contract was a great deal for the 23rd. I'd say that was pretty high. But in college he would be playing for a top lottery pick and a mountain of more money. As a high lottery pick his sneaker deal would have been higher as well and he would have been a starter (on a bad lottery team), but he would be the savior.
His best bet was to have gone to college. 14 of the 15 lottery picks in 2019 played in the NCAA. #15 was from France.
Bazley is doing good, but he deserved to be doing better.
@@DaMann-zm6kt Yeah I agree it might have worked out better for him but I'm happy to see the maturity gained from a typical four year college experience in his 1 year internship. We can only move forward and I'm happy to see him going in the right direction.
A 8-2pm NBA work day might be what differentiates the mid players from the stars
That’s real 💯
That's a crazy schedule? 😅
No😂😂
Yeah for a kid also training to make the NBA
Stop comparing y'all ordinary ass lives😂 it's embarrassing
What he’s working out while at work 😂😂. A job alone is tiring can you even working out you bugging
@@FreshUnlimitedMusic It's an internship at a corporate office for a shoe company. Not a job. He comes in at 9 and has enough of a lunch to work out. This is cake walk.
@@gothamtyler The only thing embarrassing is that you are stupid enough to think that an internship is hard. 😂😂
Thats a normal day at 17. I used to workout out of boredom 🤧
Didn’t have to train for nba also lmao not the same
❤❤❤❤
I still want him on the heat
He’d be good

Bro just said if you bring extra you’d be at the gym at 8:30 that’s why bro was not successful in the league
I don’t like he was selling his self for saying he can’t do anything except hoop
They punished him because they don't want other people to follow that path.
Very introspective from a young man. That’s crazy. You don’t hear young people in his position reflect on things like this. I learned something about him.
Go back to the G league 💯💯💯💯💯
Rich Paul was a bad fit for that young man. Rich Paul a bad fit for most players honestly.
Not really you just gotta put the work in fr nothing is given to you
lol just google rich pauls client list 😂 no agent can compete
@@KingBerry23 Exactly. His hands are full with star NBA players, being famous with Adele and other business ventures. If you're a rookie or most NBA players (bench/role player) Rich probably not your guy.
@@cpm4778 if you looked at the list, you’d see he has more “role players” than superstars
@@cpm4778 He got dude a internship that could turn into 14 mil when he couldn't even play college ball. He got a mil out of the box without showing anything thats a great agent in my book.
lol I respect the young man .. but bruh soft af .. folks out here working 2 jobs 15$ an hour .. And he blessed with the frame of a nba player crying about daily life for regular people .
Boring zzzzzzzzZzzzzzzZzzzzz
