That's a good comment. We considered addressing POLIS. The reason we ended up not putting it in this video, is that POLIS isn't critical to the goals we we're outlining here, and to explain governance tokens would have made this video even longer, and at the end of the day be superfluous. If there is demand, we can address POLIS in a different video.
@@SECURETool Yes it's different. But I don't see how Star Atlas is better as an investment. I think there are too many games with a strong "metaverse element" and not enough "actual video game." Also, I would say Illuvium's metaverse element is now way stronger than Star Atlas'. There is actual land, so Illuvium is months away from having two separate functional games in its metaverse, while Star Atlas won't even have one for years. Also, the cult following of the various Illuviuals and their images/designs is already growing. Not trying to argue, but if you're an investment group, just trying to be helpful. Your money is better invested elsewhere. Good luck!
SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They try to imitate Star Citizen as it was hard to believe the game wasn't a scam to make a real scam out of it and to make a lot of money this way. If you still think its not, you should question this a lot. It's a scam.
Lots of successful games "imitate" their predecessors. The App Stores are chock full of copycat games with millions of downloads. World of Warcraft, arguably the most successful MMORPG of all time, "imitated" Runescape. Doom, arguably the most successful FPS franchise of all time, "imitated" Wolfenstein 3D. Just because a game "imitates" a predecessor, doesn't make it a scam. If you have any actual arguments for why Star Atlas is a scam, you should post them so there can be a real discussion. But this "argument from imitation" is demonstrably false; and writing the word "scam" in all caps doesn't change that.
@@scottholbrook8446 Would EVE online be a more accurate comparison with star atlas than star citizen? It did, and still is doing the player run economy simulation.
Probably the most weirdest/professional channel talking about SA. If I could say a close competitor who is also building a triple aaa space theme metaverse would be "Imperium Empires" from the Avalanche blockchain but SA is miles better. SA is trying to be Star Citizen on a blockchain.
all I hear from you all is nothing about the game it is about making money. that tells me all is need to know, this is a scam nothing more nothing less

I think Star Atlas will be successful, think long term 3-5 years if you're going to invest
The ATLAS token or POLIS?
@@matthewmoon2463 Star Atlas token
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nice review and points. U forgot about polis!

This game is like Tesla. Games within a game!
It would be great !
When exactly will the game be ready, will the atlas coin be 1 dollar in 2025, what is your prediction in this direction?
Illuvium is way better and further along.
Illuvium is also a promising #P2E title, but it's a different genre, different play mechanics and the metaverse element isn't as robust.
