Very good. I would have left the mouth in the more vague and abstract way it was before you refined it and added forms of shadows, highlights as well as folds of skin and chin. There was a look of youthful, sweet melancholy in the softer, vague expression that was erased with the refining of the lips, which also aged the face and made it a little too tight.
