    I live in Cyberjaya as an exchange student. For me Cyberjaya is the perfect sweet spot between a place that is very modern and yet very affordable. The population is very young diverse and educated, specifically in IT.
    So, if you are an IT-professional like me you will probably like it in Cyberjaya since the town was literally built to attrackt IT-professionals and companies from Malaysia and abroad. However, as a tourist destination, I'd rather recommend neighbouring Putrajaya. Cyberjaya was never meant to be a tourist destination.
    The most striking feature of Cyberjaya is probably the oakward combination of jungle and skyscrapers. Apart from that, Cyberjaya is the perfect example of "urban sprawl". The nightmare of any city planner. Considering that the entire city was centrally planned and the first building finished only in 1999, that is actually pretty pathetic. Seemingly, they developed a multi-billion dollar project w/o hiring even one city planner.

    haha....atleast you skill riding bicycle better than roller blade / roller skate. As for food, better try it yourself rather than listening what you hear lor. Me too, never explored Cyberjaya before, maybe next will be. Thanx for the vlog and as usual, my favorite place is still Cameron Highland.(cool and breeze air) in the meantime, take care and stay safe, stay healthy.....🏖🌤🤞🙏

    Hello ma'am, I am very happy with your videos, because I have to go to Malaysia (Cyberjaya), how is the environment and communication there, please explain.😊

    • @NaomiNg
      @NaomiNg  8 місяців тому +1

      Hi, we have tropical climate here, that means it's hot, humid, and rainy all year round (pretty stable). The main languages spoken here are English, Malay, Mandarin, Tamil, Hindi...and a variety of Chinese dialect. No need to worry on communication cz people here are mostly friendly and considerate, we will try out best to understand foreigners regardless of accents and language barrier :) Hope you have a good trip!

    Is it close to the new MRT Putrajaya line? Hard to go there without a car.

    • @NaomiNg
      @NaomiNg  Рік тому

      I think you'll need to get a GrabCar from the MRT station

    • @ThorsMartell
      @ThorsMartell 6 місяців тому

      You can use Putraya line or KLIA Line to get to cyberjaya from KL or from KLIA.
      You can get around Cyberjaya by Cumpool for 2RM from anywhere to anywhere within Cyberjaya or with a Grab for a few RM. There is also public bus system, but I have never used a public bus so far. I use bicycle to get around Cyberjaya. Since Cyberjaya is mostly flat (only minor hills) and there are bicycle lanes that actually works very well, but it is a very uncommon thing to do here in Malaysia. Also, there is SOCAR app for car sharing. I live in Cyberjaya w/o a car and it works for me.
      What I love about Cyberjaya is simply that it is a center of IT-industry. Population is very young, educated and diverse. The defacto language in Cyberjaya is English, not Bahasa Malayu.

    • @NaomiNg

      Hi, I'm not too sure, but through my limited knowledge, living costs in Cyberjaya is relatively lower than in the city.
