I like this, but it gave me a 404 error. Apparently it doesn't create the right redirect page unless you but the pro version @$119.00 unless I did something wrong?

You won't have spam accounts with this plugin but the site email handling the sending of the one time code will be flooded with bogus emails that fail delivery.
