Yes it will have the same power as quest 3 and be able to play the same games (even batman, it has exactly the same GPU as Q3). It also features Q3 passthrough so you can use it for mixed reality and it automatically draws the boundries just like Q3. The only thing they sacrificed is the screen and the lenses, so basically it's a quest 3 with quest 2 screen and lenses (it might be better than quest 2 even in these areas but from the leaks it looks like it will use the same lenses as quest 2)
I feel that this will fall in the middle of the Quest 2 and 3, so already having the 2 paying $324 for a minor jump does not suit me. I rather save a bit more and go all out to the Quest 3.

I have a quest 2 which I bought in 2022 for 300$ but I might actually buy this if it’s the same power as the quest 3 and it’s 300$
it wont be same power usually if it has S in the same its a budget version of a regular version
