Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance 2022 (PS2): Kung Lao on Max, 3 Rounds

I'm reviving the MK Deadly Alliance Playthrough series. Since this marks the game's 20th anniversary, it's about time I update my playthrough series. This time I will be playing as every single character on the Max difficulty setting, AND playing with 3 rounds to win as opposed to 2 to make things interesting and different from most other people's playthroughs of this game.
This is Part 6 out of 24, where I will be using Kung Lao. Excellent character with excellent moves and combos. He's especially powerful in terms of damage and his weapon combos. Really nice projectile as well. Unfortunately outside of a launcher in Mantis, he doesn't have much else going for him.

My tips:
Make sure to Power Up whenever possible.
The Hat Throw projectile is really good, try to use it whenever there's enough distance.
It's recommended to perform the Whirlwind Kicks after a combo as it can be avoided easily by sidestepping.
Try and get in a heal if there is an opportunity to do so.
The Broadsword weapon is really good here. It's got nice mixup combos and really nice range. Don't throw it away by impaling the opponent unless you're close to killing them. Like with Sub Zero, it's incredibly hard to connect on Max difficulty.

I always thought kung and Johnny in deadly alliance were really cute for some reason
Especially default kung. Gotta be my favorite design in ps2 era

That design's cool, but I honestly prefer his alternate with the hat on, it's how he should be

They removed a few moves with the hat, though. I seriously did not like it.
