The two Toad outfits are just custom skins. The keys are from the custom texture pack that I made for the project (the key card is based off the Paper Mario game room pass). The drawers are done using banners, and fireworks can be used in a crossbow like that. The hotel was custom built with some inspiration found online, the interior design being all original to fit the space. And Toadette's final escape isn't fully revealed...!
I can't believe you still have a series going on, even 10 years after the first video. I think I don't realise how much this channel has been important to me (and to my Mario plush collection ^^), so tahnk you for making such awesome videos !
Well it took some time for us to wait for this to come out, but I enjoyed this part! A hotel is something to expect on a journey since you'd be traveling for a while. Also how were Mario and Luigi going through those paintings? I was never able to figure that out. And was that Sarah voicing the Toad at 11:12 and onward? I never understood the crush part at 11:50 on forward, that part confused me the most. Overall, I'm looking forward to the next part!
The Bros were happy to rest in the hotel, that's for sure! The paintings have open doors behind them, which allows you to pass through them. And yep, Sarah voiced Toadette! She wanted them to deliver a letter to a strong, brave, fashionable man near the restaurant, which they assumed was Police Toad - but actually it was Wario, so they had to redeliver it!
Love all the "sidequests" the Mario Bros. have to complete to progress through the hotel. The ones involving Toadette were my favourite but I also loved that Mario and Luigi inspired fight with the Trident wielding Koopa!
Thanks very much! The quests felt like a nice mix of exploration and some comic effect, and we liked including the trident as a core part of the fight.

SML allegedly got a cease and desist because of the content that featured alongside Mario which was deemed bad for the brand. I don't think Nintendo would have an issue with the way I do things, at least not according to their current policies.
