My Respect for him just raised high above the Sky, I love the way he respect Frank Lampard. What A Genius Manager, Chelsea so lucky to have him, and I hope the achievements would remain the same. All the best of luck Chelsea FC, Tuchel and Team.
Ppl often confused Lampard the legendary player and Lampard the manager. These are two different personalities when it comes to being critical of lamps managerial career which ended up horrendously. TT or even any other manager was a must to step in and take lamps job at that particular time if not earlier. Good luck for lamps in his future professional career.
Looks like a manager who is so in control in a lot of ways, I hope the Chelsea board actually give him time if things don't go absolutely right at some point. But having said that with the investment they've had they're gonna be expecting him to win the league this season or this year after at the absolute latest !
It's quite a change from when Frank's Chelsea got hammered by Bayern over two legs one season and I remember him saying "we've got quite a way to go to reach their standards". Tuchel comes in and they win the damn thing. Doesn't reflect well on Frank's managerial capabilities.
Just my theory but you have to remember that as much as managers represent their club as an employee, there's always that sword of Damocles hanging over them pertaining to results. Sometimes a manager might do everything correctly but the players don't perform on the pitch, and in those cases the manager has to look out for himself. When Lampard said what you quoted above, that's as much a message to the chairman and the board to give him more time. Football is a ruthless game from a management and ownership perspective.
Tbf that was lampard with 0 signings. A lot of fans were upset cause he didn't get to implement them signings but in the end Chelsea made the right choice
I think he has potential, but he was not quite there yet. Tactically, he needed help and in motivation he was good with the younger players, but not the more mature ones so he didn't let them play
I'm an arsenal fan and I'd love us to move like Chelsea as a Club good structure and management nothing but respect to Thomas Tuchel Solid Manager indeed !
Cant believe people doubted him when he came, he handled the ego's at PSG, and you cant do that if your not a elite man manager, and also a very good tactical manager
Huge credit to Tuchel, he saw opportunities in those Lampard tagged as failures in his team and used them to his fullest advantage, an essential attribute of leadership. Their style of leadership are different. Lampard was concentrating on Work In Progress which Fans and Management are not patient to accept. Tuchel saw the gap and applied a quick fix.
When TT speaks about how he appreciates support within the club from day 1 a great club organisation, respect of the players towards staff - that's everything he was missing at PSG
5:55 Tuchel actually mentioned that they go as far as examining how the players treat the guys from the kitchen. And how it's important that they can be nice even as regular human beings. Damn am amazed☺️

love his talking point on personalization on how to interact with different player. there is no same approach apply to all player. some player prefer the opposite approach with another player.
I think we were playing so bad in Lamps second season.. The game plan, tactics, team shape with/without ball doesn't seen to be organized. We were all over the place without the ball and with ball our only goal was to cross the ball in the box and wait for someone to head or volley it in.. That could easily be cracked with other managers and 2nd season was the evidence of that.. Lets hope we only get better under this manager
The second ‘like’ came from a Chelsea fan. Yes, it’s going to be an exciting season, and some banter with passion is part of the fun, but there needs to be respect. Tuchel and Klopp are steeped in football, they know what they want, but they adapt to what they have. If I was good enough and young enough I would love to be coached by either of them. They both know the difference between ‘serious’ and ‘solemn’. One more thing . . . COYB!
So glad the top 4 all seem to firing on all cylinders. Man Utd better than they've been since Fergie left, Chelsea are European Champions, Man City have won 4 of the last 5 titles, and Liverpool are back to full health after a terrible season for injuries. Should be a great season at the top end of the league.

That minute he said "I didn't push him out of the club" that was real fun. Lampard should drop his ego and learn under this manager.... There is a reason English managers don't do so well, they have ego, they think they know all... I listen to lampard a season and half, I have never heard a real football talk from him... I didn't like Tuchel because he lost to Manchester united twice with Psg in Ucl....both games they were favorites especially that 3-1 lost at Paris that sent them packing when Ole was newly employed. When Chelsea signed tuchel I was sad. But I was convinced with his first match, the 0-0 with Wolves at the bridge.... I saw far more experience, tactical level higher than lampard produced in 1.5 season... In that match, I trusted him....till today. Congrats boss.... More success. And grace.
I really really hope. He stays for 5 or 6 years. Look we love Roman for what he's done. But we fans now want to have that bond with a manager that we have never had.

@@js4756 and yet somehow he dragged Chelsea to a CL win having got PSG to their first CL final the season before. So maybe they should have listened to the man.
I've been following and supporting him since his time in Dortmund and the very good work he did there. It makes me so happy to see him success at this level and being treated as the great manager he is.
It is remarkable the resemblance between football and real life. I love that quote "We want to still play hungry with the same ambition, after a big success, you have to start from scratch, this is what top-level sport is all about and that is why we love it!" If this man isn’t already he will be the best manager for Chelsea
If he wins a premier league and the club world club he should automatically be considered the best no other Chelsea manager not even mourinho led this club to such European success
@@psykhs Another correct decision
This man really made us win our 2nd champions league 🤣🤣 how we started the season I never thought to win UCL
And without consistent strikers
It was a great team effort
@@Mosh-f5b defense wins championships. Jose was right
I love how Tuchel answer the question about his future and the only thing he talked about is about being a responsible manager to this club, man Iam in love with Tuchel
Thomas Tuchel is my favourite Manager! Granted I only knew a little about his PSG time before Chelsea but he is now my favourite and he is our coach 😍
Yeah because he communicates so well....he might be the longest serving manager of this team under the Roman Era....
0:53 Thought he said, "our win against Lacazette." Had to double back.
Like I said
what did he said there i didnt understand tbh
"A win, like I said, against Atletico Madrid..."
I checked several times and still don't get it 😂😂
It's quite a change from when Frank's Chelsea got hammered by Bayern over two legs one season and I remember him saying "we've got quite a way to go to reach their standards".
@@JorgeF69 lampard signings were ziyech werner and chiwell the only one that wasn't his was havertz stop looking for excuses
He's a good man!
An Arsenal fan but I love him! He speaks so well, calm, respectful, kind and demands effort.
Top top man!
I'm not a Chelski fan but having listened to Tuchel talk for 10 minutes . I've come to the conclusion that YES i absolutely love her Wedges!
When TT speaks about how he appreciates support within the club from day 1 a great club organisation, respect of the players towards staff - that's everything he was missing at PSG
Ok
Always conducts himself so well, speaks amazing english
Such a wise humble man. Much respect 💙
Tuchel more like too cool
Underrated comment
Lmao love it
Thomas toocool
He seems like a genuinely nice bloke but you can see he probably has an intense side as well
5:55 Tuchel actually mentioned that they go as far as examining how the players treat the guys from the kitchen. And how it's important that they can be nice even as regular human beings.
Damn am amazed☺️
Such a nice guy
His honesty and elegance and eloquent in speaking is really refreshing, what a manager we have,
Two German managers took over Chelsea and Liverpool and won the UCL. Interesting times. Credit to Germany 🇩🇪 for producing classy individuals.
Both from Mainz 05 😁
Let's not give germany too much credit
@@Coldvader Germany deserves ALL the credit for producing some of the best and most humble coaches in the world.
@@bukitkatilmp thats not the achievment of germany. Just two exceptions. Btw portugal deserves more credit for bringing out better players than germany having a small population
@@Coldvader Rubbish! Thats the result of a systematic program developed in the early 2000s. Unfortunately Joachem Loew messed it all up!
Thomas Tuchel has Chelsea in his heart, a true Blue spirit. Love him as our manager.
So far, I feel like this guy is one of the best human beings in football management. I will be glad to shake his hands one-day...
Watching this man can be very addictive. How he details every answer is amazing.
@1:36 Yes indeed you mention Chelsea, You think of Lampard, Terry, Drogba, P. Cech... Thomas Tuchel makes you feel so proud as a Chelsea Family. I know other teams are Envious of us and our coach.
Arsenal 0-7 Chelsea
That will be vayolence😁😁😁
BASED
2-0 is enough , smashing Arsenal would make Arteta getting sack faster ,i prefer him to stay as long as possible .
He’s a good guy and a great manager I just hope the club and him can be happy with each other and he last longer at Chelsea than PSG and Dortmund.
The way Tuchel has picked up, lampard has felt like a really good caretaker manager, he stabilised the ship and handed over
achieving top four with transfer ban en route to winning the champions league the following year
love his talking point on personalization on how to interact with different player. there is no same approach apply to all player. some player prefer the opposite approach with another player.
At the moment everything he is doing is turning to Gold, Can do no wrong, I wish Roo could do that with the Rams
Big fan of Tuchel, think he’s really gonna do well for Chelsea. Gonna be a exciting season boys! From a Pool fan.
One more thing . . . COYB!
Now vvd is back pool is looking so dangerous too man.
. . . the record losses of last year through injury make Liverpool a very dangerous team.
@@jordank1489 • Pundits make their living by framing conflicting narratives.
This thread, and your comment, reassure me that there are plenty of people that love their football, love their clubs, and love humanity.
This week, Lukaku vs. Van Dijk. COYB!
If I was Roman I give Thomas Tuchel contract for lifetime.
Frank will always be a legend he did great job for Chelsea when no one wanted to take the job frank stepped up and give youth the chance
God Tuchal really knows what to say. He is a great guy and an even better football tactician
As a Spurs fan it gives me no pleasure to say this guy comes across as both highly astute and totally chill.
He's the most relatable manager ever💙
so down to earth...
little details like being polite to the kitchen staff - that's just cultivating good people
Tuchel is just so classy. Imagine replacing a beloved club legend and absolutely no one being angry. It's unheard of. Tuchel is just that special.
Why PSG let him go we will never know but thanks, he was too good for you and the farmers league
Because they were 3rd in the league, barely got through their CL group, he’d fallen out with a few players and had also fallen out with the board.
The point is he is open and honest from day one. This gains players' respects
@@js4756 and yet somehow he dragged Chelsea to a CL win having got PSG to their first CL final the season before.
So maybe they should have listened to the man.
@@ondank don’t get all defensive buddy 🤣 I don’t care about Chelsea or PSG. I was just explaining why he was sacked.
@@js4756 and I was explaining why that reasoning is dumb. Poch didn't win a major trophy but kept his job.
I've been following and supporting him since his time in Dortmund and the very good work he did there. It makes me so happy to see him success at this level and being treated as the great manager he is.
As a arsenal fan this man has my up most respect only wish we could get someone with 50% of his qaulitys
Thomas is class he's done a amazing work at Chelsea in the past 6 months hopefully more cups to come
Rangers fan here 💙❤💙 doin a fantastic job true gentleman!!!!
What a humble guy..❤️
One in a million
It is remarkable the resemblance between football and real life. I love that quote "We want to still play hungry with the same ambition, after a big success, you have to start from scratch, this is what top-level sport is all about and that is why we love it!" You can replace "sport" with any other word and it would still be valid! I hope you all stay hungry and ambitious for all the things that drive your life forward!
I'll endeavour to send crates of beer to PSG on their amazing act of selflessness to let a gem of a manager the likes of TT go. We Chelsea fans thank you from the bottom of our hearts and for every silverware won over the season, we say cheers to you.
