I must of replayed the few minutes of you discussing how you can no longer feel comfortable talking to people. Over the years you overcompensate conversations by talking too much or too little….that is exactly what my daughter and I are going through! Someone understands! What is wrong with people today?! I do not remember people being like this in years past. I do not know how to talk to people either. I too do not like when people, especially family, tell me “aren’t you over that”. Just know that two people here understand. His Peace and Love to you.
