Today, of course, if we have mental capacity, if we have emotional capacity, I wish we could always keep our friends robust. I wish we could find a convenient task for everyone according to their levels and capacities. I wish we thought about what everybody could do, determined, and then offered them according to their capacities. Through all these, our people remain vivid and these kinds of people do not fall out with each other. Idle people go at it hammer and tongs. In other words, when the external struggle and noise stop, the internal struggle and noise start. In today's world, if it is possible to bring people to certain directions in this way, it seems to me that some frictions, some internal rotting, and riddling will stop. People who do not serve faith and for the goods of other sit and do backbiting. The people who serve will serve, and in this period when we are on the stage, we need to play our play on this stage and go down. And we have to leave it in a proper condition to the succeeding generations so that they will be able to carry out it. But to be able to do so, how will we get that level of enthusiasm, energy, and robustness?

Bence artik yukaridan vazife verilmekdensen, fertlerin kendilerini aktive etmesi lazim. Bu yontem bir yere kadar goturdu. Bundan sonra shahislar kendi gelisimlerini ve hedeflerini belirlemeli zannedersem. Tabi istisare yapilarak hareket edilir. Artik eskisi gibi az insan yok. Simdi ilgilenmek icin insan yeterli degil, birakin herkese vazife vermeyi. Fertler kendilerini dusunup, kendilerine bakmayinca onlara yeterince bakan olmuyor.
