There’s something so....comforting (I was trying to think of another word but couldn’t) about their chemistry together and when I’m having anxiety they’re really good at making me feel better because of how they talk. Sounds weird because I know that’s not why they make their content, but even when I’m not anxious (like today) I just love their personalities and love hearing about their life. Maybe that’s why it’s calming. It’s nice to care about what’s going on in their lives as opposed to worrying about my own. Thanks so much for sharing your story--I took have anxiety and depression and only recently have a figured a way to sleep through the night myself (ASMR is actually part of that). I think it's really important that people share their stories and don't stigmatize people for having these issues. The world is such a difficult place right now, thanks to you both for being a ray of light.

Niko, thanks for your transparency and vocalization regarding mental health. I wish more people would discuss their experiences. I also struggle with chronic insomnia, generalized anxiety disorder, depression, OCD... I notice that this time of year (the holidays/winter) is a triggering time for me, and no matter what kind of head space I am in or how much progress I have made, I always seem to relapse a bit with my mental health at this time of year and it heckin' sucks. Maybe that could be contributing to your issues as well? In any case, I totally feel you, but I'm glad that you're getting more sleep. Whenever I was not sleeping for days at a time, it just exacerbated everything else. You two are super lucky to have each other to rely on and support one another!! also I love Love Actually, LEAVE ME AND MY GARBAGE ALONE!!!

I also love-love-love sappy Hallmark romcoms (and the TV shows like "When Calls the Heart" and "Good Witch"). Having had crushes on many of the leading ladies of Hallmark dating back to my teens (and since Lori Loughlin first joined Full House), it makes my heart sing each time I see one of their characters fall in love. Whether it's Rachael Leigh Cook, or Lacey Chabert, the actress who played Victoria on HIMYM, or Lori Loughlin, or..... When Sarah Carter played the astronomer who falls for that rodeo rider while looking up at the stars during a cross-country road trip to New York.
I'm from the UK and I had no idea that they cut out Martin Freeman's storyline in other countries! He's a massive part of the original showings. That's really interesting 😀

I have that same reaction of "I love you so much and this is kinda cute, but also I do not care for this." I literally just this weekend watched A Christmas Prince and A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding and thoroughly enjoyed them as excellent trash. And I don't care for Love Actually. It was super interesting to hear Niko's thoughts on it.

I'm currently in the final year of my Bachelors degree while also learning to navigate my life and a person with generalised anxiety and depression, and I don't really see much content for maintaining a school career with a longterm mental illness. Just wondering if you guys have any wisdom on the subject
I have seasonally effected sleep disorders, and like now that it's winter I get about 16 hours of sleep a day. Summer is the reverse and I'll sleep maybe 2 hours.
all of those generations are more general years than exact, because a person's own home situation plays into. Millennials round numbers are 80-2000, exact is usually considered 82-1995. Also, is A Christmas Prince worse than Remember Me in terms of weird post 9/11 media?
