I read Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol every year in December, and last year I listened to this while reading the segment with the Ghost of Christmas Future. IT! COULD! NOT! HAVE! BEEN! MORE! PERFECT!
This music reminds me of this summer when I laid down on the desert floor at night and gazed upon sparkling stars shining like studded jewels in the clear night sky. Mysterious and beautiful, holding the secret of the universe.
Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary, Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore- While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping, As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door. “’Tis some visitor,” I muttered, “tapping at my chamber door- Only this and nothing more.” Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak December; And each separate dying ember wrought its ghost upon the floor. Eagerly I wished the morrow;-vainly I had sought to borrow From my books surcease of sorrow-sorrow for the lost Lenore- For the rare and radiant maiden whom the angels name Lenore- Nameless here for evermore. Don't know why but this music makes me want to read Poe and his poetry - so gloomy, sad and yet beautiful and magical at the same time :')
@@obed818 the saddest thing is that this song is now my memento to my now late love :'( She lost her life in a traffic accident two months ago :'( She is now my Star in the Heavens above....
