One tip, at the start of the game, you should constantly change forms to get to the purple buff faster, and switch forms to reset the cooldown, this way, you can put 3 traps on buffs, when the creeps come near you and "overlap" the damage will actually increase. As each creep will receive the damage from 3 traps, the jungler can finish the creeps within seconds. This is Maximum Efficiency

You know as a decent Selena main I recommend managing your mana properly and to go base when the time seems correct. Selena is very hard in mana management as cecilion is more easy compared to her in early game when she is the most efficient.

Tbh the Stun's arent the easiest to land since theyre slow, but if the enemy screws up and gets hit, its pretty much a guaranteed kill if theyre a Mage. Like Selena can turret dive and 100-0 a Mage at lvl 2.

Small advices keep switching forms so u can walk faster don't stay in the human form that often
When u want to put traps in the blue put the 1st then switch form then go back to human form so the cd decreasses
And the last one when u attack with ure 2nd skill human form and u missed to target go the other direction far from the 1st one so the enemies can't expect it

As a selena main, I suggest you do not spam first and second skill in melee form on early game (unnecessarily). They cost a lot of mana.

Publicly available information : The skills have so long CD in early game but u can reset the CD by just using morph skill and wait just 3 seconds to use it again That is it ur skill available again ;)
Tip: place traps for map vision, and u can easier land long range stuns

Just a quick tip: you can play Selena either at close range or predicting enemies from afar but most players chose to play her at close ranger cuz it's kinda worthless to risk your luck by using your prediction unless you're lucky.
