You are doing a great service!. Dishoom is one of the restaurants that has the Indian taste, not the taste people in UK believe to be Indian, but proper Indian food. Have been referred to try it out, now I do the suggeting, been to the Birmingham Restaurant, looking forward to get an experience of the new Permit Rooms. Just been in UK over 6 months , so you know I know what I say is quite true. Thanks Piper Podcast, for the insights into how he went about building Dishoom. Hopefully I can build something similar in the future. :)
