wow. thanks for the info on separating the track from the plastic bed. Although, the new track that i just got recently seems to be glued down pretty good. it's not budging.
Me entretuvo tu video, muy claro en las explicaciones. Se agradece y estaré atento a futuros videos. Saludos de un chileno viviendo en el Eje Cafetero de Colombia.
Good idea. I have also cut just straight through with a Dremel and a cut off wheel. Only reason I take the track off the base is so I can modify the plastic base without damaging the track. Thanks for commenting.

There is a sooo much easier way to cut EZ Track. Measure length you need. Remove rails from piece you're gonna cut. Take length needed and divide by two. Measure distance of each new piece from clip end, and cut out the center, (leaving ties on base). Slide rails back in from one end, and cut extra from end of rails. Flip piece over and glue seam with crazy glue. File cuts to accept rail joiners.
Your vid was just what I needed. I had a similar problem, and was afraid I'd break the piece. Thank you SO much! 👍💯⭐
Thanks Kevin. I am very glad that I was able to help.

Thank you Alexis for watching and enjoying my video. My Spanish is horrible. But I think that is what you said.
@@RoadsAndRailsHobbies Y mi inglés... horrible, pero con el traductor, es más fácil. Saludos.
I just cut mine straight across with fine tooth scroll saw and it saves you from having to detach the track. Thanks for the direction and idea
