darling girl forgive me for being so late in saying Aloha friend. I am seeing Reggie a Behaviorist Therapist after my melt down in the nurses office. Poor nurse, I don't think she had anybody before who started crying and 20 minutes latter still crying. With Trauma backgrounds comes depression and anxiety. I have been working with Dr's and medicine for over 25 years. I'm learning a different approach from Reggie. much love xxoo A

Bhello my dear friend I love DT and you found items that are not available in my neck of the woods good to see you on the balcony I iPod been struggling a lot since my sons passing I keep positive in the daytime but sometimes the night terrors are horrible I scream at the top of my lungs usually it’s just help😢 however the positive side to this is my roomie is almost totally deaf so I don’t wake her up thank goodness the night nurse comes running and before I wake up half the hall! I get to go home soon a week from tomorrow it’s been 7 months since I’ve been home!

I hear others talk about night terrors, and i thank god that is not part of my mental health. AndI am so sad that it is part of yours. Luky but sad about your roommate hearing, Again and again lots of hugs, your son's passing was another trauma of sorts for you. My lil Family will be moving Aug 9th although they have their apt. near me until the end of the month. I am seeing Reggie my new Behavioral Therapist at Kaiser. The news of my son moving , creates me to choke up. It is a new start for the grandteen. His dad really stepped up to the p[late to move them to give him a fresh start. For the eight years living here my son has always been a door away, then 2 miles away. He is my only source of hugs, STOP. bring on positivity!!!! I will hoe this positive row until i am not "afraid" of being "alone". The news of him moving really had me reflect on husbands and boyfriend since i was 15. And yes it is just me. Sorry Pam I know I shoulden't lay all this on you. I see Reggie my therapist at 3 today. And I am doing my steps for mental health to the small park at the end of my neighborhood. I am apologizing to everyone for having missed answering this video's comments. I know there should be another comment vyou left on another video. I will get there soon. Lots of love A
