I’ve heard they were having issues over booking the ultimate dining package and customers being unable to make reservations in the specialty restaurants because they were all full. Then having to give refunds to many people.
We had a great time on our Icon adventure. However, they must prevent children from sitting and ordering at the adult bars and roaming around the casino. That was the only thing I can say I didn't enjoy. It's really a parent thing more than anything else.
This is a problem on all ships. I’m on the Odyssey and I’ve seen some children in bars. Not really in the casino but I agree this is a parent problem. My three were so well behaved and we never allowed them anywhere near bars after 8. I’m so glad you enjoyed Icon. It’s definitely my favorite ship now.
My only complaint about RCL can make a pizza. Both the the recipe and the temperature it’s cooked at is not correct. Make good pizza please RCL, it’s not hard.

Love the calm pace you go through the buffet section, most youtubers just rush it through and you can’t really see anything

I loved the pizza on all my recent ships. I know there were a few people that didn’t like it. Sorrento’s is almost always my first stop 😂
Pretty disappointing buffets for a cruise no seafood at all
