She mistakes the quarter for the half. you can get 6.5 but not 6.75, for instance, when you get 6.5 in 2 modules and 7 in the other modules, the average is 6.75 but they will make it 6.5 or 7 based on the score of speaking and listening which are the important modules.
@@ayazmamsin2119 but she told all individual skills are the same weight, so I suppose if the average is 6.75, you will get 7.0 instead of depending on score of speaking and listening
