Candiace only addressed the rumor on her live because a fan told her that Monique said they were plotting. That’s why Candiace used the word plot during her IG live when she spoke on it, she was basically mocking Monique. Candiace specifically said "there was a conversation about SOMEONE.." that someone is Gigi but people can’t seem to grasp that. The conversation was about Gigi plotting to spread a rumor.
They couldn't say anything about the plot because that would be giving a non mother fing factor some air time. I do believe that their was a plot. The producers thought that it was way below the belt so they decided to nix the plot. That is the only reason it did not air. Also there was a potential for defamation law suits. Please don't believe everything that you see on reality t.v. it is all smoke and mirrors. I dabbled in production in college. People can be manipulated through the narrative that is presented. That is why I am cancelling bravo from my life. I liked all of the ladies but I hated the way they all were portrayed this season. This season all kinds of people came out of the wood works. I hope now that the season is over folks can crawl back into their little holes and hibernate.

I assume it's because you don't want to. I wish some of you had the intellectual ability to analyze what is being said. Monique saying a bitch putting her hand in her face and repeatedly asking to be dragged and Monique saying my real anger had very little to do with Candiace ARE NOT mutually exclusive. It's not a change in stories as both can exist at the same time. Now while I do believe Monique probably did watch the footage of the fight and allow that to partially inform her narrative, it is not at all strange once you are a few days removed from an incident like that (that happened so quickly) to start remembering things you didn't remember before. And the reality is those memories are not always completely accurate. That doesn't speak to an intentionality to be untruthful, but just to how the brain actually works.

I will say this. Mama Dorothy’s storyline in the show was to embarrass and disrespects Candace. Once that became apparent it opened the door for everyone and anyone to think it’s ok to disrespect Candace. The truth is, it set the tone. I always thought that was wrong. She raised Candace by living vicariously through her and spoiling her then she decided to treat her daughter like that on National TV. Candace spent her whole 1st season defending her upbringing.

You are not correct 100% correct in Candice live she was repeating a comment that was asked she only said Robyn name and if you pay attention she changed the word “plot” to conversation from what the person in comment section said. Now the person knew to ask the question because Monique did a live first and said they were “plotting” on her. Honestly, Monique shot herself in the foot. She (or her associates) tried to get ahead of negative backlash by putting out stories blaming Candiace, doing lives and talking to bloggers to appear like the victim. This Polarized the viewers to be heavily team Monique and explain away behaviors that most people would normally criticize. This led to people who otherwise don’t care enough to be team Candiace to feel like they need to defend her or atleast call out how unfair this narrative has been towards Candiace. This created a setting that they just couldn’t move forward - too much had happened. If they just let it play out on tv, let the viewers have their response and go from there, they could have gotten over this. I like Monique more than Candiace but feel like I have to be team Candiace because the way things played out was unfair to her.

Monique leaving that show had nothing to do with her protecting her family. She left because 1) Chris Samuels doesn’t want his reputation ruined, 2) They don’t want other dirt coming out about their family and 3)She knew they were going to come for her next season. She started all of this when she brought Kendall on the show and yes what Gizelle said was wrong but as we always say you can’t do someone wrong and tell them how to react.

Chris Samuels and Monique brought this plot on camera in their kitchen, when Monique ran from Charisse at the baby shower, when Monique verbally accused Candiace of being no good for inviting Charisse to the anniversary party, when the Samuels spoke on IG Live, etc. That was their intended storyline. It backfired when Monique got so in her head and blurred fantasy with "reality" and beat up Candiace.

I do not think there was a plot the rumors was ready out. Also another point there were itext messages that leaked between Robyn and Candice. I am paraphrasing it was about the word plot that Monique was the one that first used that term. Basically, Candice was apologizing to Robyn about saying that word plot. Candice said she never told Karen it was a plot. Karen is the one that brought that term plot back to Monique. Another point people are mad at Andy saying he was gaslighting about the plot he was not..What Andy was saying the whole whole conversations that after the baby shower about Giselle and Robin gossiping about those rumors that particular scene did not make it to editing it was not on the show. We only saw where Chris was asking Giselle did his son look like him which was telling and strange. The next scene we saw where Giselle was telling Robin that Chris was asking her if the baby look like him In which she found strange because of those baby rumors. My point is it was a bunch of women gossiping about a rumor that was already put out by Gigi. So I do not understand why the word plot was brougt up anyway. When it was a runor already put out by Gigi.
Correct!!! Monique said on her live that it was Gigi who said things about the paternity. Gigi says that Chris is the one who was questioning the paternity. Either way - none of the cast members had anything to do with it. The "plot" that Candiace was referring to was Gigi talking to Bravo producers about Monique - again Gigi confirmed this! Gigi is literally doing jumping jacks and handstands trying to take responsibility for this "plot" and The Samuels continue to bring eveyone else in it 🙄

I think the timeline is a little off. The show is a year old, then it airs and then the reunion. So yes in today’s timeline it’s 2 years old, but if we think about the scheduled timeline of the taping of the show, it’s all relative. They were also talking about other things that happened. Now I do think KAREN blew it out of proportion, but Candiace and Monique never spoke to each other about it. Mind you, Candiace had written a statement for the original rumor that Gigi spread about the trainer. If she was upset, she wouldn’t have called Karen, she would’ve went directly to Monique.

I assume it's because you don't want to. I wish some of you had the intellectual ability to analyze what is being said. Monique saying a bitch putting her hand in her face and repeatedly asking to be dragged and Monique saying my real anger had very little to do with Candiace ARE NOT mutually exclusive. It's not a change in stories as both can exist at the same time. Now while I do believe Monique probably did watch the footage of the fight and allow that to partially inform her narrative, it is not at all strange once you are a few days removed from an incident like that (that happened so quickly) to start remembering things you didn't remember before. And the reality is those memories are not always completely accurate. That doesn't speak to an intentionality to be untruthful, but just to how the brain actually works.

I will say this. Mama Dorothy’s storyline in the show was to embarrass and disrespects Candace. Once that became apparent it opened the door for everyone and anyone to think it’s ok to disrespect Candace. The truth is, it set the tone. I always thought that was wrong. She raised Candace by living vicariously through her and spoiling her then she decided to treat her daughter like that on National TV. Candace spent her whole 1st season defending her upbringing.

One thing I want to focus on is the live that Monique and Chris made. He sat on the stage with the intention of apologizing for the aggressive stance that was displayed during the IG live post. He said that what was said was in poor taste and he's not that person. He was just upset. Fine, cool. Not a problem. So, what I want to know is...If the video showed him in a negative light and the consensus (from Monique and the stans) was that Andy and production were villainizing them, why is the video still up on Monique's IG? Don't you think, if it you were in a situation, where you wanted to separate yourself from that image and come off as being sincere in the apology you gave, you would remove it? 🤔🤔🤔 People were questioning why Bravo only showed his and not Candiace's live. You are not correct 100% correct in Candice live she was repeating a comment that was asked she only said Robyn name and if you pay attention she changed the word “plot” to conversation from what the person in comment section said. Now the person knew to ask the question because Monique did a live first and said they were “plotting” on her. I really believe they tried to set Gizelle up when they asked her the question in the kitchen because this was Monique actual storyline. Because if no one was speaking about it why even ask that question in the first place. Candiace responded there was a gossip conversation about the rumor, then later quoted Monique’s word “the plot”. She (or her associates) tried to get ahead of negative backlash by putting out stories blaming Candiace, doing lives and talking to bloggers to appear like the victim. This Polarized the viewers to be heavily team Monique and explain away behaviors that most people would normally criticize. This led to people who otherwise don’t care enough to be team Candiace to feel like they need to defend her or atleast call out how unfair this narrative has been towards Candiace. This created a setting that they just couldn’t move forward - too much had happened. If they just let it play out on tv, let the viewers have their response and go from there, they could have gotten over this. I like Monique more than Candiace but feel like I have to be team Candiace because the way things played out was unfair to her.

It is different. A plot involves an executable plan. There are steps. They were having a messy ass conversation and Gizelle probably threw it out as a possible plot.

The apology from Monique last night was total BS, nothing genuine about it.
So in Candiace’s live, she only said that during the dinner there was a conversation about someone saying that Chase wasn’t Chris’ son. She said Robyn was there but she never mentioned Gizelle. She only used the word plot because the person that asked the question said Monique called it a plot.
Candiace never called Gizelle’s name because they were supposedly still talking about Gigi. They were also talking about other things that happened. Now I do think KAREN blew it out of proportion, but Candiace and Monique never spoke to each other about it. Mind you, Candiace had written a statement for the original rumor that Gigi spread about the trainer. If she was upset, she wouldn’t have called Karen, she would’ve went directly to Monique.
She did say Gizelle was there she did say it was a plot and Gizelle confirmed she was there she say it was very plotty
Or dead that shit at the table and not mention it again.... there’s faults and blame to go around

She only said Robyn was there because after she shot the rumor down, she said “Monique talks a lot” and Robyn responded “oh you’re talking about your friend” to which she said Monique wasn’t there to defend herself so they shouldn’t really talk about her.
It’s clear the women had the conversation but it doesn’t seem that it revolved solely around Monique and the rumor. Everyone seems to be trying to figure out why the rumor was coming back up since it’s two years old.
@@ThePbrowne89 it sounds like that’s what they did until Monique and/or Chris spoke about it. Apparently people in Potomac knew the rumor but how many viewers actually live there? The only time it was actually brought up on the show is when Monique mentioned the rumor was spread and the follow up details by Gizelle. Even in the unseen footage Chris brought it up to Gizelle.
The ladies that were there aren’t refuting that Candiace shut it down and even Ashley’s widescreen forehead said Charrisse had nothing to do with spreading it.
Candice said that if it was a lie Monique wouldn’t have been so upset. I believe she messed around on Chris

I just subscribed. You nailed it. No one thinks gizzy is innocent, but this response from the samuels is two years late, and Mo should have confronted Gizelle but instead she went for the weakest link. She has had two additional seasons to lay them out but only went for Candiace.

Actually Monique was the 1st person to call it a "plot" to the public. When word got back to Candiace (on live) that Mo mentioned a plot (on her live), she started referring to it as the same. Or a plotation. Lol
Monique did a live first saying there was a plot against her family. After that live Candiace did a live and a fan asked her about that plot and Candiace said that there was a conversation that took place.
All those tabs and a whole binder for one person to spill cold tea and all this rumor talk and she still has nor denied that trainer.
Since Monique has all these childhood traumas she should contact Iyanna "Fix my life not hwop to work through her traumas that triggers her to fight, have no remorse ? OK ,Candance can get help from Iyanna too?

Another thing is, it me or was the Samuels trying to out act the Dillards. It was a sweet sentiment what Chris Samuels had said about Monique through his invisible tears, but is it me or does Chris Samuels sound like a runaway slave?. I thought I went from watching "RHOP" to "The Green Mile".
At the last episode Candice just seemed so defeated. Idc how I feel about you but girl hold your head up!! Candice annoys my soul but I don’t want to see anyone like that.
