Is it necessary to built Amaravathi, with 1 lakh Crores, on Alluvial soil. All these buildings are subject to Subsidence. We can stop floods, we can not stop rain. During rain, water gets seepage into underground and loosen Raft foundation. So, this Amaravathi is not viable.
If you look Topography of Krishna river around Amaravathi. Krishna river is like an Arch, not straight river. Amaravathi is being built inside Arch. And, hence, Amaravathi is subject to Flood Water & rain water & Subsidence. In 2023, Chennai city and Airport was flooded. Similarly, Amaravathi gets flooded, causing havoc.
To maintain Amaravathi, we need Check Dams, Water Pumps to divert water, very deep raft foundation. All these infrastructure burdens on people taxes & environment.
Also, in Amaravathi, all the buildings are temporary. So, we can build new Capital around Vijayawada or Tirupati, with minimum money, less environmental, ecological damage. To build 6 buildings, Assembly, Secretariat, High Court, CM House, Governor House, MLAs Hostel, we need 200 crores in 100 acres. Cheap and Best. Vijayawada or Tirupati has all necessary infrastructure, like Airports, universities.
So TDP Government must have morality and ethics & realize Amaravathi's negative damage. TDP must start building capital city in Vijayawada or Tirupati.
Vijayawada is near hill & on Rock foundation. Best city is Tirupati, because, Tirupati is away from Sea, hence, less prone to Cyclones & rain.
In 2023 December 1st week rain, Amaravathi was flooded.

@@user-dd8pw3jq5b First thing which area should be capital decision is over ,this discussion itself is waste ,we should discuss this before taking lands from farmers there and getting into legal agreement there , and once if we don't honor the agreement and get into legal issues we already saw how our state wil have to face legal issues and no capital , second if Amaravati is developed and good will and brand image of state is build up we will get investments not only in Amaravati,but also in Vizag , tirupati and other areas throughout the state with that good will, Third Amaravati is not flood prone areas ,have you ever heard Amaravati is flooded and people need help from floods there in last 20 years or 50 years ?? Govt formed almost 4 months passed and firstly they should have pumped out water on priority near the towers and then sought technical experts views. Then they should go for soil test around each tower deep into upto 10 meters. What cbn doing is putting infront of public and going for expert opinion and passing time. If structures are damaged blame it on rio , if good go for tenders with empty hands. Centre is playing games with AP since last two terms putting legs on two boats Jagan n cbn. It’s time to counter the centre and complete Amaravati capital and polavaram simultaneously approaching world bank & ADB and national banks for loans.
