Good one.... makes us focus on precisely what it is we are trying to achieve "big wash" stuff (in respect of any effect) or targeted effect tied to a channel. Useful info on these tools. Thanks.

I usually do film editing and I encountered this:
With POST fader, all you have to do is control the amount of SEND signal to change the reverb. You don't have to even touch the track loudness. The downside is that you can't get it higher than +12 dB and sometimes you need a lot of the tail signal and very little of the dry sound.
With PRE fader, that problem is solved. But now instead of controlling the amount of SEND, you have to automatize both the track's overall loudness, and the loudness of each individual clip, which is sort of double the work.
The only solution I can think of is creating two sends per track, one POST, one PRE.

Could you show us how to find the perfect amount of reverb and delay

That totally depends on what you're working on! It's just developing your ears and personal preferences.

This helps to understand how to use effects in pre and post ,
I have a question is it possible to enter effects straight on the pre recording track effects together with the vocals ?
    Thanks .

Hey Cato, Do you master your own tracks, I bought Ozone 9 today what's your thoughts on it if you use it, Love your content!

I usually don't master. Mastering is a specialized thing, and it's recommended that, even if your mixing engineer masters, you should still get a separate mastering engineer. This is so you can get another set of ears on your project, and the mastering engineer can help alleviate any weaknesses from your mixing engineer. I usually only master tracks when people disregard this advice and want me to mix and master anyway. Besides that, I've only done a few mastering only gigs, because I'm not really a mastering engineer. But, how have you liked ozone?

I've used ozone a bunch: don't love how it bogs down my computer, but I sometimes still enjoy using it, on occasion.

@@CatoNoise Great info, I know what you mean about the second pair of ears, I've only just got it but I am liking it so far, The presets are cool too to go through to check out how it changes your mix, So many plugins these days it's hard to know what too choose!
