I visited this store after watching your video, I did screenshot the Kurtis which I wanted to buy and visited the store in the morning and mind me I was the only customer so it wasn’t like the store was busy. The owner of the store is extremely rude and inconsiderate, she didn’t even bother to show me Kurtis and dismissed me by saying these products are only available online and asked me to order them over WhatsApp . But what is the point of having a store if you don’t have products to show it to your customers I understand size might not be available but you at least have one product on display so the customer gets an idea about the quality also how can I order a product without seeing a clear picture of it because these guys don’t even have a return or exchange policy. I travelled to this place all the way from Nerul and the lady didn’t even value that. Priyanka, nothing against you but please note these people show the products only for the video but when we actually visit the place they don’t even entertain us. Highly disappointed!!

Bht zada rude hai owner unko kuch batane bhi bolo to jaan pr aata ha.unko baat krne ka to koi tarika hi nhi hai upar se maine size batai ke meko 38 chahiye hai to wo meko 42 size batare phir maine unko wapis se boli ke 38 chahiye to wo meko bolte aap aate ke sath 40 bole meko. mtlb wo batare hai aisa ke mai jhoot bolri hu bilkul bekar shop hai

Same is my experience travelled all the way from Palghar, such shopkeepers should be avoided who are not interested in showing their collection. Wasted all my time😡

The owner is not quoting the price of each pc, showing a lot. If u go the shop the owner or sales assistant does not give attention to the customers, I too experienced this attitude.

After watching your video I visited this store...the staff was rude and keen interested in showing stuff. I bought two kurties but quality is very poor . and with 2-3 wash only the Kurtis become dusters...specially the one in moral cotton which I bought for 1250/-. After contacting the owner, instead of solving the problem, she started fighting and used abused language .... Requesting you to please make detail enquiry about quality before shooting videos.
I really feel like cheated by this store. Very very poor quality
