After watching this and wanting to get my invert down this video helped me get halfway there ! You’re very detailed and explain well! Thank you I’m so excited to master it now!😊
You are amazing! I spent a lot of money and time in pole studio with pole instructors, none of them could teach me to invert in person. I watched you video and I just did it right! Thank you and ton of love❤
For people with long torsos and short limbs the starting position needs to be adjusted a little to be successful. They need to lean back a little further so the pole is closer and slightly above the hip bone.
This usually occurs when technique isn't quite right. You may already have an injury if it hurts where you'll need to rest before practicing inverts again. Also recommend you see a physio just to make sure nothing else going on :)

Hi there. I want to try pole, but I'm currently doing lyra. Can lyra help.with pole
Absolutely, Lyra is another great way to build strength which is super helpful for pole :) x
Hello
I gonna try! 4 years at pole and I still cannot invert properly.
Why not try our free challenge - we'd love to help with this! www.polepoweracademy.com/FREECHALLENGE
My hands and arms hurt so bad from trying stuff 😂
Thanks so much for being here! How often are you training? x
I can’t get my knees up….
If you're struggling to get both knees up at the same time, you can work on your Tucks lifting one leg - and then the other :)
Great video 🙏
Glad it was helpful :)
