I was there in Bacolod 2 years sent by my company way back 1987 and 88.Grabe ang pagbabago dati konti pa lamang ang mga establishment I remember Lopues and Sugarland hotel Victorias milling etc.miss old days.

After almost 3 decades past..Sugarland Hotel won the court battle..and the court ordered the Provincial government to pay 12 million and Bacolod city government to pay 13 million pesos to Sugarland Hotel...It was found out that the hotel's fourth floor poses no danger to the airport operations..
