1. Download port from github.com/kloptops/Portmaster-misc
2. Extract on SD card to folder ports
3. Copy on SD card to folder ports/halflife2 whole game (i used steam version)
4. Run port. Using mouse connected by OTG port in settings enable gamepad and set all graphics options to low. I did that one by one because when i changed all settings at once game crashed. As alternative you can edit configuration file.
5. Play game
Game is playable with sometimes reduced framerate (showcase on movie when jumping to water).
Initial loading is veeeeery long.

Amazing, can't believe that the R36S is capable of running this, then it may also run portal.

great video, also have a question about r36s, can i use any micro sd card?
Is there any way I can change the keys because whenever I try to change them using the mouse the cursor disappears and I can't apply the new keys?

You doing that on R36S or some other device? For troubleshooting you can visit reddit topic www.reddit.com/r/R36S/comments/1d6m7ki/halflife_2_on_r36s_installation_instruction_in/ Paste screenshot with your current directory structure etc.
@@kadeshar i got it working the problem was my portmaster with you would of seen the laughable very clear problem if you checked my post. i was also looking in the wrong place for the half life files too so im going to say overall the problem was my tired brain
well i guess its problem after problem now. i confirmed portmaster is now working with a version of half life 1. when i launch half life 2 it sit for about a minute loading then crashes every time, ive tried deleting the cfg file to see if its trying to load a graphics profile that is too intense but that didnt seem to work. im now thinking playing with the vram limit slider in the settings could make it load ihave no idea im just gonna try anything and see if it works
@@fox.9879 I didnt wrote anything about deleting orginal cfg file. Put files in correct location and run game with connected mouse (using otg port) and as I described in point 3 change graphics options one by one.
My mouse cursor does not show up, but it´s working what should I do?
