One more thing, those cheap solar panels are great for if you have a car that has a parasitic drain on the battery and you dont want to fix it, just wire it to the battery. Works like a dream

The dart probably isn't deflected. It is the light refracting.

Hello from Canada eh. You have a good presence and style on UA-cam and you're funny but please don't stick your hand in any traps.
I just had a peek at your UA-cam channel, eh, and I gotta say, you've got a real knack for this outdoor gear stuff. But, you know, I was thinking, maybe we could give those view counts a friendly nudge, just like a good push off the dock in a canoe, eh?
So, here's a thought, hoser - how about we dial up the excitement with a bit of a challenge, eh? Imagine something like "Eh, Can I Survive 24 Hours with Only $20 Gear, eh?" or "Budget Gear Faceoff: Is It a Steal or Just Cheap?" Those titles are sure to make folks curious, like a moose hearing a loon call, don't ya know?
Now, let's chat aboot your video flow. Hook your viewers faster than a walleye on a jig - maybe show a bit of a cliffhanger moment right at the start. Organize your adventure into clear parts, like unboxing in your cabin, testing out in the bush, and then wrapping up with your honest, no-nonsense verdict.
And hey, let's talk aboot those props, eh? Really put that gear to the test out in the wild. Show us how that hammock holds up between two sturdy pines or if that solar charger can keep your camera rolling while you're portaging, eh?
Interaction is as important as a good paddle is to a canoeist. Get your viewers tossing in their two loonies' worth with questions and polls, or let 'em pick what gear you'll test next. It's all aboot building that community, like gathering around a campfire at Algonquin Park.
Now, for the techy stuff - let's spruce up your videos with some clear shots and crisp editing, just like the air up at Whistler. A few well-placed graphics and sounds can make all the difference, like a sprinkle of seasoning on your campfire-cooked trout.
Your thumbnail is like your campsite's welcome sign, so make it inviting, eh? Bright colors, bold text, and a bit of mystery - that's the ticket. And don't forget to show off those deals - everyone loves finding a hidden gem.
Be as clear with your call to action as you are when you're calling out "portage" on a crowded river. Remind those good folks to like, subscribe, and ring that bell like it's the last call for pancakes at the sugar shack.
Consider joining forces with other outdoor UA-camrs, eh. It's like forming a convoy on a backcountry trek - more fun and you get to share the trail mix.
And don't forget aboot your SEO, buddy. Pack your video's description and tags with keywords like you're loading up a sled for a trip to the Yukon. It'll help folks find your channel as easily as spotting a beaver in a pond.
Keep it consistent with your content, too, eh? Maybe start a series like "Frugal Fridays" where you showcase your budget gear finds. It'll give your viewers something to look forward to, like the first day of ice fishing season.
Give these tips a go, and I'm sure you'll see those view counts rise faster than the tide at the Bay of Fundy. Keep on paddling in the great UA-cam wilderness, my friend!
Take care now, and happy filming, eh!

Great ideas! Wowza! So many things are in line with my vision for the channel, I am excited to do more challenge oriented material, and your ideas about call to action and formatting are things I know I want to do better. Thank you for the advice , I will take it to ❤️. I will reread this, as I so appreciate the help. Thanks for watching. 👀
