- The Trinity Forum, BioLogos, and Church of the Advent hosted a discussion on "Moving Beyond Conflict: Science and Faith in Harmony," where Director of the National Institutes of Health Francis Collins and philosopher James K.A. Smith examined ethical questions of gene-editing, and explored how faith enables us to better understand the implications of humans as bearing the image of the divine. This event was part of our "Discovery and Doxology" series.

Yes, the GOD of physics amazed me when I tried to understand that science in college. That I realized was one of the many facets of the Immensity of GOD’s intelligence. All things work by HIM AND FOR HIM. And GOD IS SO BEAUTIFUL in All HIS CREATION.

Less than 7500 views by June 2021 ..... This should be compulsary viewing for people who see a conflict between science and religion. It seems to be a major problem, especially in the English speaking world. And it doesn't seem to go away, but the positions becoming more entrenched and polarised. We are loosing our younger generation from our churches..

I didn't know BioLogos was having their 2019 conference in Baltimore, wrapping up today! I wish I could have attended. I definitely do not think God used full-blown evolution by natural selection, such that, over time one species evolved into completely different species. I know that this is different from the position of BioLogos. Even so, to be in the environment, learn from some very intelligent people, and listening to another perspective would have been awesome!
Very very interesting presentation. Too bad the slides/pictures the speaker references from time to time are not shown. Would it be possible to have a presentation that also shows the slides/pictures?

@@VolneyFaustini people are so dependent on sight. Perhaps that we see colors is GOD’s Blessing. Yet with the human mind we can take words and color them in our brains…
